speaker has good sound and is somewhat loud. I like that you can unplug it and it's portable. I don't know how good the battery life is I've kept mine plugged in so far. Rainbow light show is nice.

Have been eyeing this speaker for some time, however, $500 was not realistic for me. When I ran across this for a significantly discounted price had to grab it. And we are not disappointed. The sound quality is great and has a decent amount of bass. My husband is essentially, speaker expert, we have multiple surround sound set ups in our home and vehicles. Bought him a Sony speaker a few months ago and he returned it after hearing for 1 minute, it was the same price we paid for this one and the Samsung is leaps and bounds better than the Sony for the price. And the features are an added benefit!

Great speaker for the 70% discount. Having a remote with it is awesome. Speaker sounds amazing and has some extra features compared to my jbl party box. Definitely would recommend picking this speaker up if you love listening to music in the house or garage

Decent sound but lacks a deeper base. I also have a JBL Partybox 100 which is $300 msrp and it has a much better quality sound. This is also significantly lighter than the JBL, I’m guessing due to the size of the speakers magnets. Not sure how this has a msrp of $500 but it is definitely not worth that amount. Thus the reason for such a discounted price. The different DJ effects are useless unless you want highly distorted music. Some make your music sound like robots and others have heavy background static. The different sound modes work good and offer a range of equalization. The lights are very nice and over all the speaker is decent but only for under $200. Would not pay higher than that. The dual facing speakers might also be a factor in comparison. But if you have the extra bucks to spend on a JBL I’d recommend to do so taking into account all your priorities. The over all loudness is a tad lower than the JBL as well but compares very well.

It's not as big as I thought it was going to be, it's about 2 ft tall. it has three speakers on each side and like a V shape Most of the space comes out the bottom so you really have to have it on a flat surface that's not carpet if you want a better sound. It's not quite as loud as I thought it was going to be compared to what other people were saying. pretty good quality build. it has a few inputs. it does not have a input like for a mic to go along with music that's playing. either you select the input and that's what plays on it so you can't do two at one time. Now you can supposedly dual play from Bluetooth. I could not get it to work and I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro that's only a few months old so I don't think that option is working very well. I got it for $179 a week after I bought it. went down to $149 Originally it was $4990l I would definitely feel ripped off if I had paid the $499 I would have got a refund. It's definitely worth less than $200 so if you can get it for $200 or less, you're getting a good value. It does not have a display screen so when you're choosing all the options you don't even know what you're choosing really. so you don't know what setting you have it on as far as sound like if it's rock wrap or whatever you just have to guess. The LED lighting's pretty neat and it does do some things to let you know when you are actually hitting a button on the controller. as far as volume. Would I purchase again? definitely for $149. I've actually considered buying a couple of more for Christmas presents.

Box came damaged and completely smashed in. Could be why the speaker rattles. Also came in REFURBISHED box.

The seller SKG USA who generally sells the units at a discounted price on Walmart and Amazon is not responsive if you have an issue. In reaching out to Samsung if you have an issue they will eventually advise you return the unit if you ended up getting a bad one (bluetooth loop in my case, unit buttons aren’t responsive, can’t pair). I ordered 2 at once and 1 works fine, I was hoping to return the defective unit (Bluetooth pairing loop) to Walmart and have the seller SKG send me another unit as an exchange as I have an event coming up and need it but, after reaching out they have upped the price and will not respond to any messages so my options are return the other unit as well even though it works or order a third unit paying $50 more knowing this company has 0 customer service if there is an issue.

I didn’t receive a tower in got a tiny box my 2 year old grandson towers over . I paid 20.00 for a speaker the size of the one i was sent list at 499.00 on sale for about half I think someone drop the ball . it's in this box with two big pieces of Styrofoam on each end so smaller than the box.
