Awesome product but curbside issues

Jose November 27, 2025

Honestly, I wanted it to keep it but Walmart curbside gave me an open package and missing the paper inside. I did a quick test with my Samsung phone. I was able to do a quick backup in less than 3 minutes and erased it. When I went back to look for another one they didn’t have one.

Great sale on excellent SSD

Mark February 18, 2026

I have three T7 SSDs all working fine. I put the new T7 in my Tesla, recording Sentry mode videos. The $99 sale was great! I tried to get another T7 for my son's Tesla, but it was "out of stock" at the $99 price. Delivery was quick. Wonderful Walmart item sale and delivery.

Stays Cool, Incredibly Durable.

Mark October 25, 2025

Works as intended, doesn't have issues with overheating like some other external drives do. Speed is as advertised and it's lasted me months so far with no issues and on top of that it's cheaper than a lot of the competition. I highly recommend this even over more expensive options since the cooling is just so well done here. The thing is durable as its seen a few falls and worked just fine.

Love my extra storage

Zaler67 August 24, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for myself. I am an average user. I have almost exclusively used this as a hard backup of my phone photo storage. While traveling I have felt extremely comfortable packing the SSD arround, I got a small protective case and have had 0 issues with my device with all of my travels. Transfers seemed extremely fast from my s22 and 25 ultra device.

Huge Storage in a Small Package

Dondoda August 10, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely impressed with the Samsung Portable SSD T7 4TB. It's an excellent combination of speed, storage capacity, portability, security, and overall build quality, making it a great choice for anyone who needs dependable storage without carrying around a bulky external hard drive. The biggest thing that stands out is the 4TB of storage. There's plenty of room for photos, videos, games, documents, backups, and other large files, which makes this especially useful for creators, gamers, students, professionals, or anyone who regularly runs out of space on their computer or other devices. Performance is another major strength. The T7 uses USB 3.2 Gen 2 and is rated for sequential read speeds of up to 1,050 MB/s and write speeds of up to 1,000 MB/s. That makes transferring large files dramatically more convenient than using a traditional external hard driveI also really like how small and portable it is. The drive measures just 85 × 57 × 8 mm and weighs about 72 grams, so it can easily fit into a pocket, backpack, laptop bag, or even a small travel case. Despite being so compact, it provides a huge amount of storage.Security is another big advantage. The T7 supports AES 256-bit hardware encryption, which is a great feature for people storing important, private, or sensitive files. Samsung also provides its Magician software for managing the drive and keeping its firmware updated. The drive is also designed with durability in mind and is drop resistant from up to 2 meters, giving you some extra peace of mind when carrying it around. It works with a wide range of devices, including PCs, Macs, Android devices, tablets, gaming consoles, smart TVs, and cameras, depending on the device and connection........Overall, I think the Samsung T7 4TB is a fantastic portable storage solution. It's fast, compact, spacious, secure, easy to carry, and backed by Samsung's reputation. If you need a reliable drive for storing or transferring large amounts of data, this is a product I would definitely recommend.ending on the device and connection...

WalmartCustomer December 4, 2025

This survey explains why so many reviews are out of whack. I can't rate the item yet, because I still haven't received it. So, most customers might put 1 star, which slams the quality of a product they haven't even used. Any more stores and they're praising a product they haven't yet received or used. Makes no sense. I put 3 stars, because it's not fair to blame Samsung for Walmart's shortcomings

Dishonest Walmart

DANA January 31, 2026

I ordered 2 items to be shipped by Walmart this items was missing from the delivery and because they have a picture of a delivery package on my doorstep they will not refund or provide the missing item. Walmart check your security cameras this is dishonesty on your employees behalf. Don’t blame me.!!!!! Find the dishonest employee!!!!!

USED not new

Edy July 28, 2024

I purchased online for pick up, and received a USED product! The tape was haphazardly replaced on the damaged box, and the cords inside had some sticky gunk on them. If this was an open box purchase then it should have been on discount, not full price! 96.00 for a USED item is not acceptable. I’m very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Should not have been listed as available when it was already out of stock, this wasted 3 days for and now i had to order it from bestbuy which had a faster delivery for same price.

Never received my item. This product feels like a bait and switch. I don’t believe I was ever going to get it at the price advertised from you
