The product was fine, BUT the pickup was a disaster. I got an email earlier that day my order was ready, even though they told me it would be the next day. My son went to pick it up later that evening and it was a nightmare. There was no one who could him find my order. He had to go to the breakroom after 1.5 hrs of waiting to find someone to help him and that was the only way he was helped. The pickup people were dishonest (said they would be right back) and could not find my order. We will never go to this Walmart location again. I'll be honest, I did warn him I'd not heard good things about this location. He was so emotionally exhausted when he got home. This should not be how Walmart serves people.

I bought this drive for my Mac to download the I photo Library. I was reading very good reviews for that purpose. Well, it does not work great for this purpose. To slow and I just had to order me a SSD Drive. But I will use this drive with another laptop top to save files. Otherwise this drive is very sturdy, love the rugged case. Great protection.

Good product at a fair price
Works real well. I bought 2 of these and the first was a problem setting up. The second one had software that made it trivial.

Great product!
Great price! I'm very happy with the LaCie external drive. Delivering was disappointing, however. In the end, I had to go get it. Nobody was willing to make 45 minute drive to my home. Still, very happy with the drive.

Exactly what I needed and ordered.

Just does the job
These are great for portable storage but I use 3 for backing up my machine. Speed is not really fast but it does not matter since it's auto back up while I am asleep. I even designed a 3D printed part to allow these to neatly stack together yet leaves air space for cooling.
