SAMSUNG Unlocked Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, 128GB White - Smartphone

This phone does everything my grandson's Samsung S25 does for 1/2 the money. I have arthritis in my hands and a stylus helps a lot! I highly recommend.

Phone was exactly as described and it arrived days earlier then was estimated. Iv ordered this phone twice, from this seller in the last 6 months and both times perfectly satisfied. Very happy.

This is my replacement phone as i have no insurance on the one that broke. Not sure what I'll do when this one brakes! Samsung doesn't know how many customers they may loose with not making a updated note version. This phone is one of the best I've had!!!

the camera takes blurry videos and photos. it also takes time for it to 'focus', and it truly does not. also, there are issues with the speaker and sound does not come out of them, even if phone is on speakerphone. my wife has this phone purchased brand new from our phone carrier with no issues. however, with this phone i purchased here, thinking i was getting a good deal, i am questioning if this is truly a new phone or was refurbished and then sent to me as 'new'. because of this, i would NOT recommend purchasing from this place again. i only gave it 2 stars because i can at least make/recieve calls.

Within 2 months of purchase, I dropped this on my carpeted bedroom floor. It had a case, mind you. This short fall in a case to carpeted ground shattered the back of the phone. Completely broke it. It would no longer connect to a cellular network after that, %26 now I have an expensive paperweight. I didn't buy the protection plan, so that part is on me. Don't by refurbished phones from this seller though. The quality sucks, and you won't get what you pay for.

I have a hard time believing the seller didn't know that this phone had a lot of problems particularly that the screen would lock up with green and pink stripes. I failed to realize 2 days late that there was only a 30 day window to return it. I would recommend not doing business with this vendor because apparently they don't mind selling substandard products. no wonder they only offer a 30 day return window.

I ordered phone over the weekend. Delivery date for Thursday. Its Tuesday the just canceled my order with message Sorry, we had to cancel items in your Walmart order due to pricing errors. It's been the same price for weeks and is still the same price on the web site. Now a 10 hold on my money so I have to wait to buy a new phone. Would Not Buy from this seller!! Didn't even try to make it right!! Picture showing price on web site before I wrote this review.

Please don't buy On the Walmart website it says unlocked but when I received the phone it was locked with AT%26T. Walmart and I emailed them twice and no respond from the seller. It's been day now and still waiting for a response. Dishonest seller. 😞😞😞

I received a used phone with a big scratch on the screen. If I wanted a used phone they were available for $150 less elsewhere. No where in the description did they say this was a used phone. I really feel ripped off. I'll be returning tomorrow, but I've sure wasted a lot of time on this nonsense and now I still need a phone. BUYER BEWARE they sell used, scratched up phones here.

So I was under the assumption that the phone I was purchasing was new. However I found that when I got my phone there was new "do not accept if broken" stickers over the old ones. I guess you can say it's my fault for assuming the phone was new but nowhere on their page does it say it is or isn't and it's presented as such. I attempted to contact the seller and after 3 days I've gotten no response. They've should've posted this phone as a refurbished one which is what I got. I will never be buying from this seller or Walmart online ever again.
