This is the best phone I've ever had. It works fast and smooth. So many little features I never knew that I needed. It also comes with a screen protector already on it, so no need to buy separately.

Received the phone and transferred items from old phone to the new one. Took about 4 hours to set up. Phone working fine so far. 5g is great.

I have large hands so I don't like having to push two buttons to shut down. Screen is bright and clear but a little small.

Very good for quick replacement. Cool color. Storage capacity low. Several apps missing.

What I received was a different model phone than what I ordered. Even more of a bummer that the model I received is cheaper on Walmart.com. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to deal with the exchange process.

Bought the phone in July for my grandmother and it alredy have a manufacturer defect. Out of nowhere a green bright light appeared in the middle of the screen. Screen is intact but that line is showing there. Try contacting the seller numerous times but no response.

This phone is just the right size and has a nice screen and camera. Unfortunately, It will not connect to blue tooth or WiFi. I spent days troubleshooting the problem to no avail. I contacted Samsung support and they reported that the phone was defective and a replacement was required. Unfortunately the claimed that the phone is out of warranty although it appeared to be new in a sealed unopened box when I received it. I am trying to find out how to get it replaced from the Walmart Reseller.

ive had this phone 3-4 months and the screen is cracked severly. i never cracked an iphone screen since iphonescame out.

The phone is a 4/10 because the speaker doesn't work, when you call the other person can't be heard it's a total scam, I didn't return the phone because I sent it to the Dominican Republic. But I wouldn't buy from the seller again.

the phone held a charge for about a month and then all of a sudden it won't charge I'm trying to wait for a new phone so I don't like why do you have sent me
