At first, I was very upset that the $45.00 vanished from the stores, and I was forced to $65.00 for Straight Talk for two months; which I could not afford as a disabled person. When the cards returned as an email text deal, I was upset again because I like the literal card for my mo thly records. Now, I am quite pleased with the new system of purchase because I save the $26.00 that I have been spending on taxi fare to get to Walmart to purchase my phone card.

Instructions of Convenience!!! It's better to buy this on the Walmart website or app. If you buy through Walmart add your number and when you cash out it automatically adds to your phone! You can also top up with an e-pin. If you add via on your phone buy calling straight talk or using the straight talk app you will pay fees and the price will be close to $50 or $52.

Walmart charged me for a free phone, so I canceled it, but Walmart would not cancel this service that I could not use. I went through several people, but they would not refund my money. I'm 72 years old, and on a limited income, so I can not afford to pay for something I can not use. To make up for this charge, I had to reduce my food budget this month. I've been a member for several years, but I will be cancelling my Walmart membership. Very poor customer service.

I instructed to have it be a direct top off. It even asked for the phone number. Order was delivered digitally to my email, not the phone. So, I'll have to contact the recipient to give him the e-pin. Idk why it would give the direct top off option if Walmart didn't intend to do it that way???
