I absolutely love my new Samsung Galaxy S9 in replacement of my S7. So far, I have not experienced any issues in relation to the device. Everything has just been a breeze with the hardware down to operating Android 8.0. At first I was a little confused about the device being more tall compared to previous models but it works out perfect for holding it with one hand. I get roughly about 2 days on a single charge which is not bad figuring I'm on the road all the time traveling an average of 250 Miles using GPS, streaming music, and constantly emailing my Clients.

i have had this phone for over a year now. here is what i think about it. the display is still great! it is obviously very sharp and vivid. performance is still alright. it still holds its edge against todays mid-rangers. cameras are still very good for what i do, night and hdr modes seem to of gotten even better with software updates. my only complaint is the video quality is merely okay, but its nowhere near bad. the battery life is definitely the worst part of this phone. its not exactly horrible, its that you should probably expect to carry a charger if you plan to use the phone all day. i got around 5 hours of screen-on-time at the very most. overall, find a good deal. don't pay almost full retail price.

I'll reiterate what others have said...this is NOT A NEW phone. It appears to be in good condition, but not new as advertised. It was not in the oringal packaging and you can see around the rear camera that the previous owner had a case on it.

I liked the phone and features of this phone, but the battery doesn't even last even one day, and I am not actively using it, but still dying very quickly even though its a brand new phone.

Ordered this phone during 4th of July weekend sale. Phone was advertised as new. Although the phone is in good condition, it's not new.came in a plain box with a generic charger with the wrong cable

says "new" in description. This thing is SCRATCHED ! Definitely NOT new. I am very upset about this, this was a Birthday present for my wife!! How Depressing !!

Phone is NOT new OR unlocked. The box was unsealed and there's no screen protector to remove from the phone. Also the IMEI on the box was blackened out. I turned on turned on the phone and the AT

I ordered this phone a few months ago and while this is an amazing product, the phone itself that JP Mobile sent is not recognized by Samsung Canada and as a result is not under warranty in North America (this model is intended for use in Europe). Extremely unsatisfied as after a few months the device will no longer connect to my home network and cannot be used unless connected to wifi.

I bought this phone in November 2018 and now June 2019 stopped charging saying there is moisture in the port! I had to go buy a wireless charger which is a hassle if I want to use it in the car ect. my mom has a Note 9 and its doing the same thing. While doing research I have seen this problem pop up a lot. Will be thinking about a different brand next time.
