This is soooooo good. I like it better than another brand by a long shot. I love the flavor of the sauce/liquid and whats inside the peppers is really good too. It's not too vinegar or off putting flavor, it's strong but not too strong, it's extremely pleasant. I ended up adding the whole can to my chili. The peppers pack a decent punch, I love heat, I wouldn't use these for their extreme heat but a nice flavor. I liked the other brand of these I had tried but not as much. I grabbed these since they had a decent sale on them at the time and i'm glad they did, otherwise I wouldn't have tried them. Delicious!!!!!
I only use a little in each recipe, so I blended it all up then added it into an ice cube tray. Now, whenever I need a pop of flavor, instead of buying one of those tiny cans and using so little (then letting it sit in my fridge until I throw it out eventually), I can just use an ice cube of this! Better value for your money than the tiny cans.
Our house recently tried this brand for the first time and loved the flavor! We made Chipotle Chicken Dense Bean Salad. We used them to marinade and blended the chipotle peppers for the sauce. The taste and texture was 10 out of 10. We will be purchasing again for this exact dish!
My husband loves this product. He eats it on everything. I make him his lunch with this product, lunch meat, tomatoes, white American cheese, and with mustard.
I use these in my chili my cabbage rolls my stuffed peppers it's adds an extra touch of deliciousness
i grabbed this can just to try it and it turned out pretty solid. the peppers got a smoky taste with a little heat but not too crazy. i used it in tacos, mixed it in some rice, and even added a bit to a sandwich spread. it made the food taste way better without doing too much work. the sauce is kinda thick and full of flavor so a little goes a long way. sometimes the peppers feel a bit soft but still good enough to use. i like that it stays good on the shelf so i can just keep it there for whenever. def something i'll keep using when i want that extra kick.
We like the flavor of these peppers, but several cans that we've had over the years have had strands of fine human hair in them. We still buy them tho bc the heat level and flavor is superior to other brands.
I am not sure if it is just me but these seem to have an off taste. I usually but another brand and maybe its just a difference in preparation, but I don't care for these and wont buy them again. The heat level is fine, I just don't care for the taste.
Product itself was very good. Ordered through Walmart pickup service and the can was badly dented but still sealed.
The price was good and the can was big, but they were extremely bitter and kind of muddy tasting -- people I know who have had them before said they tasted strange. They ruined my chili for sure, because nothing I tried could cover up the taste.
