Hey it works, and very well too
It's works, that's the important part. Made by SanDisk known for their reliability....Unlike the off brand 16TB SHL-R320 that doesn't. In the past I have never had a problem with SanDisk and I have been using them for years. This one works, and very well so far

Great price!!
This is the only brand I use for a flash drive. It has so many gbs for the price!! It loads into my computer fast and doesn't lag like a lot of other brands.

Not fully retractable. VERY annoying!
Honesty, why can't you make a product that enables the USB-C male port to "click" into the body of the unit as easily as it does when it's plugged into a laptop? This is totally annoying, and a problem you've had with other models. These are supposed to be "keychain" units but when they jostle around in your pocket for a couple of hours, they usually stick out. This is SO basic... why can't you do something that stays encased as firmly as it stays out?

I don't know why I need to download software to use this device. I refuse to use it! And unfortunately, I threw the package away before I tried it and now cannot return it.
