It's an AWESOME bag. The bag size is great. I took it on a trip, and it fit under the seat, and I was able to charge my phone and use my headphones through the hole with and without the adapters it came with. It also has more than enough pockets for me. All in all, it is a great bag. When it came it had a bunch of strings hanging off the bag, but I was able to cut them off after I made sure if they did or didn't need to be tied off.

Somehow it holds: a water bottle, three scrunchies, random doll shoes, 47 markers, last week's homework, today's homework, a snack from 2 months ago, and a rock “that was pretty.” Zippers still working like champions. Features: • Cute enough she actually wants to wear it • Tough enough to survive the school bus, the playground, and being dragged across the driveway for no reason • Front pocket is now a permanent lip gloss/eraser/LOL Surprise storage unit Only issue: every morning she swears it's “too heavy,” but she's the one who packed a full toy collection and a winter hat in October. 10/10 — would carry her entire personality again. 🎒💖

Great bag. Heavy duty stitching. The USB and headphone plugs are just plastic passthroughs though, no wires. To use them you need wires with female plugs to add to it.

I ordered two for my girls and the quality in the material is good. Plenty of compartments and space for books, pens, tablets, and more. The straps were easy to put assemble.

it's is so helpful. it is big enough to carry all my school supplies. it is the best book bag I have had. it also has a lot of pockets so can store stuff in it. it doesn't hurt the shoulders like other bookbags do it's comfortable in the shoulders

Missing a part!! My kid loves this bookbag, she has used it for 2 weeks and seem to be holding up good. My only complaint is it was missing a part. It came with wires but the litte part u plug them into is not there. *see picture*

It's holding up well and is nice. My daughter likes it. It's pink and not childish looking. The stations are slick and slide off but we just knotted it up, they need to have a seam seen in but still nice

Ordered 2 of these bookbags to give as gifts. Neither on them included the cute little pompom that was in the picture of the item. Very disappointed as this is one of the reasons why I chose these bookbags.

Straps keep coming undone, had to tie at bottom to keep from falling off my back. The flip has no way to put stuff in it, but has area to do so.

My daughter love everything! except On Tuesday! She was walking back home angry from school.BECAUSE THE BACKPACK ZIPPER BROKE.All of her Stuff was hanging 😞.She was upset that the backpack broke IN MATTER OF 4 days!
