Sauder River Ranch Night Stand, Sindoori Mango Finish

Use in a guest bedroom as a replacement. Substantial piece of furniture, easy to put together. Instructions well written and all holes lined up correctly. Nice looking.

I bought two, one for each side of the bed. Assembly instructions were clear, every hole lined up perfectly, and every part fit together. The drawer slides work very smoothly. The only issue: the top is attached to the sides by using push-in dowels, which don't hold it together very forcefully. The natural way to move the nightstand is to pick it up by the top. Before putting the top onto the sides, I put a line of wood glue down, along the edges of the side pieces.

This is a simple and solid night stand that could last for years. I really like the roomy drawer and the large open storage space that accommodates books, phone, tablet, etc.

These nightstands provide functionality at the bedsides: lamp, cell phone, book, etc. They arent high end solid wood; they have a photo finish . Since the guest room doesnt get daily use this works. The look is good and complements the room decor.

We got one as a gift on our registry. It took about 1/2 hour to assemble, but once all together it was just what we were looking for. The color is a little more muted gray than a vibrant wood color, but it looks great. So we bought another! Great bedroom set

We purchased the matching headboard for the guest room in the condominium we have for our son at college. Since were the primary users of the furniture, wear and tear should be modest. I wouldnt think it would fair as well in a kid, teen, or young adults room. It looks fine and serves the prupose.

This night stand looks high quality and very simple to put together. Instructions were easy to follow and as always with Sauder, quality was good. This is by no means, high-end solid wood furniture (some pieces are clearly fibre-board which isn't strong, but if you buy this with the expectation that this is functional, looks good, then definitely worthwhile. My rating is based on I went into the purchase fully understanding that this was NOT solid wood and was cheap. If it was a little more stable and solid, I would have rated this 5-stars.

I am sure they would have looked great but there were just too many pieces to put it together. If I wanted to build the drawer, I would have just handmade my own nightstand.

I bought 2 River Ranch Collection Night stands from Fred Meyer and the instructions show a non-existent notch on the front leg. The Right and Left ends are both notched and too wide for the front legs that are missing the notch. You could hammer it together but the mdf would crumble and there would be nothing holding it together but friction. Customer service is not open through the phone or website, so I have to wait 2 days to get an answer.
