Sauder Carson Forge Armoire, Washington Cherry Finish

I am turning my office into a third bedroom and needed something for clothes storage. This armoire looks great with my hardwood floors and has plenty of storage space. Assembly took my son-in-law less than two hours from start to finish and that included finding tools and clean-up! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you!

I love this wardrobe! Being a single woman means that I have to put things together myself. It was not difficult as long as you take your time. A word to the wise, though. Make doubly sure that you assembling the front feet correctly before using the glue!! I was tired when I got to this part of the assembly and had the small board on upside down. No worries, though I was able to disassemble the error and proceeded with the rest of the wardrobe. The thing that upset me was the fact that there is a notation about this very thing! And I had read it. LOL

The pieces are a little heavy. Have someone else help you. Love the quality. Very sturdy. Beautiful and stores a lot of clothes. I didnt have very high hopes for this, but absolutely love it. Very classy, instructions very easy to read and follow. Could not have made putting it together easier. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy.

This is an excellent wardrobe unit for the money. Having read many of the criticisms of it prior to purchasing, we found this to be a perfect fit for our need. Yes, it is a bit heavy, but that's also what makes it study. We found the instructions helpful and even written with a sense of humor; so, while a bit complicated and time consuming, just be patient and follow carefully the instructions provided and all will work out very well. If you want a more expensive product, open up your wallet and spend the money. Otherwise, this is a good looking unit, functional and worth the purchase. Delivered very quickly. No issues at all.

It took me about 1hour and a half to put together myself, very well made I am very pleased with my purchase.

The package was delivered as scheduled. Finally, after two trips to Lowe's for a couple of small parts and waiting on a replacement part from the company, I got the armoire together. One side was damaged and some screws broke but the replacements were ordered and arrived as scheduled. No extra parts such as nails, screws were furnished and had to be ordered from the company and self purchased. I had to leave the partly finished product lying in my bedroom and walk around it for several days while awaiting the replacements. It is a bit narrow for men's jackets, which is what it was ordered for, since the doors hit the sleeves when closed. However, the piece is nice looking and now that it is together and I have switched the items that were supposed to hang there, I am enjoying the piece very much. All representatives at the company were understanding and helped without fail.

There is nothing "cherry" about this Amoire. Very disappointed.... Finish was much darker..more like walnut..very dark...nothing as pictured.

this was the wrong item to purchase for our project because it is too heavy

This is brand new out of the box, but it is headed to the landfill. I spent 4 hours assembling it, following instructions carefully. Time to set it upright, and the whole thing imploded and collapsed in pieces with big chunks of fiberboard broken out of where the attachments were. I will never buy another piece of furniture that I have to assemble again.
