It's a good, little gas can. No cracks. No leaks. No escaping odors. The spout isn't overly complex. I haven't had any issues with spills. I'm happy with it.

I always think prices could be cheaper. But again I mostly blame the economy. Not Walmart. However the quality was exactly what I expected and needed, and overall I had no issues

I was notorious at spilling gas every time I filled the lawn mowers until I found this gem! It's small enough for me to handle with ease and not spill a drop! I also purchased two 2 gallon cans which are just as perfect!

Excellent for travel, preventing spills on the go, and mixing gas for engines that need to be moved from place to place. Its flow is even and easy to use.

If need a small gas can, this works as expected. I only needed a 1 gal. Can't buy the old style any more w/no breath vent so this new style will do and works fine.

this item from this seller was the best buy. have purchased 3 so far attempted to purchase a different spout old straight flex type thru a different ad and had to return them . the threads on the container seem to be U.S. STANDARD AND THE ONES ON PURCHASED SPOUTS ARE METRIC AND DO NOT TIGHTEN DOWN (CROSS-THREAD) found no problem with unit as is but could not find a different spout to fit.

The product does what it's designed to do, but: Unless you have the strength of a football lineman, you need 2 people to operate the safety mechanism. I realize the Federal law is there to keep people from doing stupid things, but it doesn't make it any easier for non-linemen to put gas in their lawn mowers.

Over-complicated and over-priced piece of junk. Third hand needed to use this thing, and my arthritic and weak hands just cannot handle it. With extreme effort, I did manage to dispense gas into the mower, all the while dispensing gasoline ALL OVER MY HANDS. Leaking copiously on first use, and holy cow, the gas fumes all around my shed. Absolute garbage design. I would be returning this useless thing except for the fact my gasoline is in it. Must now get a simple, old-school gas can for ease of use and reliability. I deeply regret not reading the one-star reviews (I usually do), because I would never have purchased it had I done so. Honestly deserves a negative star rating.

What a colossal designing failure! The green safety button you have to push forward and constantly keep pressure on in order for the gas to come out is very stiff and nearly impossible to operate. It requires both hands grasping tightly while pushing the green button forward with force to open the spout. One needs a third hand to then tilt the can for pouring. I had to have a friend help me. This gas can did not pour any more quickly than the No Spill cans I currently have. The .25 gallon smaller capacity of the Scepter can was just too small as well. Even once I somehow managed to get it pouring, it was impossible to gauge the gas level because the can and the spout totally blocked the view of the inside of the tank. The No Spill gas cans cost more but "you get what you pay for" was never so true. They hold more, aren't a huge hassle to use, and don't require you to be an octopus to operate. Thumbs down. Trust me, get yourself a No Spill can instead. You will be so glad you did.
