I like how smooth it is on my face and a flip back top for your side burns. I know I'll be getting more of them.
I was excited to receive the Schick Hydro 5 Disposable Razor from BZZAgent. My skin is really sensitive, so anything like this always makes me hesitate. I used these for a couple days solid and my skin was super soft and the shave was AMAZING and my wife loved touching my face!!!I I didn't break out from anything, there wasn't a funny smell left after, and my skin didn't feel weird, either. I didn't even need to use lotion! I hung these in my shower. I would suggest keeping the razor head dry to extend the life of the moisturizing agents. They definitely did a whole lot better when I turned the holder around so the water wasn't always on it. Overall, If you looking for Razor I would recommend this product it has the advantage of including a hydrating gel which lubricates a person's skin while shaving and reduces irritation. I will be talking about this Razor to everybody for very very long time. I have find a new beginning with my new shaving Razor .
I received a free sample from bzzagent. I haven't shaved with a razor for many years so I was very skeptical about them giving me a close shave with out using all 3 in the pack. I was very surprised to feel how smooth my face was after using only one. It didn't dull like what I was use to with the old disposable razors.
After trying multiple different brands, both disposable and refillable, this razor was superior for my husband, he said it didn't drag or pull like so many did, so I thought I'd see if it was as good on legs as it was his face. So I put it to the real test, after being sick for a week and not shaving at all I used this one to mow down the Forrest , and I'm talking about the equivalent of a giant red wood Forrest, that was growing on my legs. I was very pleased with the performance of this razor, it slid across the skin smoothly and cut that Forrest like it was hot butter. The only razor we both use now.
I have never been a huge fan of disposable razors. I've always tried to stick with regular razors with the replaceable heads. They're a bit spendy, but I always thought they gave a better shave. On the few instances I've needed to use disposable razors, I'd always tried Mach3's, as they seemed the best quality of the bunch. But I was actually excited to try these Schick Hydro 5's, as the Schick Hydro 5's are my preferred regular razor. My expectations were exceeded. These don't feel like disposables at all, and give a great close, smooth shave that is easy on the skin. (I have sensitive skin, so that's a big plus for me). And one razor still gives the same great shave after many shaves. Again, I can't say enough about these disposables, and I recommend them highly.
I don't do a whole lot of shaving, since I'm usually rocking the full beard, but I do need a good razor around for the few instances shaving is necessary. These disposables are great for those instances and I've found them to be very gentle on sensitive skin, but still aggressive enough to trim through a small forest. I've used the same razor several times and it seems to hold up pretty well, so I imagine a 3-pack will last a casual shaver a good long time. I wouldn't consider these or any other disposables a replacement for regular shavers, but it works perfectly for my purpose. Infrequent shavers should definitely check these out!
First and foremost I got this for free to try out from BzzAgent and give my opinions. I don't normally shave with a razor (Normally use a electric) but thought when I got the campaign I would try it out on the spots of my face that I would normally use the electric on. I am impressed with how these went very smooth without pulling on any of the hair, the last couple razors I used before I went to a electric seem to pull enough of the hairs out when shaving that I just went to electric cause it was easier. I don't know if I will stick with them because of how little I use them on (Only the patches next to each side of the mouth as I have a beard), but I will say that over the past few weeks the have been very easy, quick and smooth shave. The Hydrating Gel Reservoir as it is called seems to help make a nice surface for the razor to slide on to help with irritation and give it a nice shave. I would recommend these to at least try them out, they work great for me so far and I am not a active shaver with razors.
I think the Schick Hydro 5 Disposables Razors 3-count I bought for my husband is too expensive without a coupon! He likes them, believe it or not, because he says they aren't as sharp as others. The difference between legs and face I guess! Give me sharp all day! I had to try one, as far as grabbing it in a pinch, in my opinion it was a decent shave.
I have to admit that I'm usually the cheapskate that buys the lower priced razors that usually only have 3 blades. They don't cost me much and I don't feel bad throwing them out after a couple uses. In the past I have bought the razors that you can buy the new blades for and just swap out the heads on them. Those are nice but the refills are crazy expensive. Well these Schick Hydro 5 Disposables combine the quality of the refillable razors with the lower cost and convenience of plain old disposable razors. I have only one complaint in the design of them however. The blade cover that you remove to use the razor is removed by pulling upward. I hate that. I feel like with one slip of a finger off of the cap, I will slice it on the blades. I prefer the ones with caps that you pull down away from the the blades. I have cut myself in the past, so I know it's possible. So for my remedy I just leave the cap off and call it good!
I have used this razor for a long time now.. It gives me a close shave every time. My only complaint is that the head of the razor flips up all too often. It's more annoying than anything else. I'm always have to stop shaving and push it back down. I'm not sure of the correct term for it, but if it didn't always pop up, this disposable razor would be 100% awesome! It doesn't give me razor burn either!!
