I bought 5 pairs of nice jeans that were clearances at $7. They all needed to be shortened 4 inches and re-hemmed. These needles handled the job beautifully even over the side ind inner seam. Worked as intended. Jeans came out great.

I had to get these for sewing thicker pants. I have to alter my son's pants for every season shorts %26 pants. He has a little waist. It's getting harder to find inner adjustable waist. He has undeveloped motor skill, so he can't tie laces. He's been in O.T. for yrs.

These sewing machine needles for jeans work well. A plain all purpose needle could *probably* get the job done in a pinch, but these make it a easier due to the sharpness of the needle. Comparing to a new size 16 all purpose needle the sharpness is very apparent, really getting through dense fabric. I felt less at risk of the needle breaking while I hemmed a pair of pants with these since there was much less straining against the fabric. I would buy these again.

Walmart's driver left it atop the call box at the gated entrance to our community and someone stole it! Refund the item or send again by USPS! This is TOTALLY ridiculous.

what i dislike is that it never arrived, when i tried to address this in the chat the computer seems as it was frozen and kept giving me the same screen which did not address my nonreceipt of item. maybe becaused it was a sunday?
