Schwarzkopf Keratin Hair Dye 1.8 Ruby Noir, Permanent Hair Color, 1 Use

I recently colored my hair with Schwarzkopf Keratin Color in the Delicate Praline color and it looks and feels so good! The color looks so natural, multi dimensional and completely hides all of my grays. Because this color includes bond enforcing system ingredients, my hair feels so much stronger and healthier. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion and so I purchased the Schwarzkopf Keratin Color (Espresso) to cover my grays after a previous failed attempt with something else. I’m happy to report that the process was easy with everything I needed in the kit there at my fingertips. I put the treatment on and it was enough for my below the shoulder thick hair. I waited the time assigned and washed out the treatment. I could tell right away that it was taking. My hair felt soft and smell great! I was soooo happy to see that it covered my gray streaks right away and it looked radiant! I was too excited to wait til after I blow dried my hair. I wanted to report right away that it worked perfectly. I’m a very happy customer. The color espresso matched more than expected too. It covered my rusty looking gray I tried to cover up previously. I’m happy and would highly recommend this product to all my friends who struggle trying to find a treatment to cover their grays as well.

i have been using madison reed for years. no issues, they are great, but my cc expired so i didnt get my shipment this month. it was a hair emergency, so i bought this brand, and tried to get close to my current color. i was off, but in a good way. this color is amazing! The coverage is great, and my hair feels so soft and shiny, i can't believe i colored it yesterday. i may be switching permanently. its half the price too!

After trying many shades and many brands I have finally found my ideal shade match. I have been using Schwarzkopf Keratin color in the shade Champagne Brown for well over a year. The color is rich and warm with a hint of reddish orange. I have very fair skin with a lot of light freckles. My eyes are hazel. My natural hair color is a dull dishwater blonde or mousy brown. I re-apply this Champagne Brown every 2-4 months. Depending on how much my roots are bothering me and the season. I love the depth in color but, what is rare is how much I like it when it fades. I get compliments on my hair color when it's fresh. But I actually get even more compliments when it has faded. It looks more sun kissed when it fades. So it looks great for summer. It is easy to apply following the re-application directions. I wait the full 45 minutes for the richest color. I use the whole tube of pre color serum on my ends and face framing pieces. I comb it through evenly. Then I let it absorb and partially dry before adding the color. Which makes my hair easier to maneuver and handle during the coloring process than it would if the serum was still very wet. The K-Bond plex conditioner is softening, repairing and protective. I appreciate that there is enough in the bottle for a few treatments. I still use a detangler spray though to prevent breakage when brushing my hair. I highly recommend this hair dye. received this Keratine hair color in exchange for my honest review. The set came with everything needed to do a full hair color job. Including gloves and the conditioner! It was easy to apply and probably had one of the most gentle smells of all hair dyes that I’ve experienced. That’s a plus for me. Went on easily. Nice consistency, not too drippy or too thick, and it covered my roots nicely. I was impressed with the whole process as someone who has been dying my hair at home for almost 20 years. The results were great! My hair came out a beautiful vibrant dark red, just like I wanted. The hair color also colored my blue “money piece” in the front of my hair- with only application. Definitely impressive. Overall it had wonderful coverage and a beautiful color, the whole process was easy and no stains on me or my bathroom! Five stars for sure. I will be buying this again.

I found the process of dyeing my own hair very easy and convenient with this box kit. I love the chestnut color and it actually made my hair soft after washing out the dye! It made my hair soft and shiny and now my hair is a complete full chestnut praline brown. It is easy to follow the steps in the instructions with applying to scalp first then all over hair as needed.

The hair color looks great. The instructions were easy to follow. The only downside is the dye does not rinse out, I tried 30 minutes processing and then 30 minutes rinse, still coming out orange dye all over. Then I decided to shampoo because it was not coming out and my head was now tingling from the chems being on for an hour. I shampooed three times and it was still running orange dye all over. I ended up wrapping a towel which is now also orange. It has been a week of shampoos now and it is still running orange and ruining my towels and clothes. Will not buy again. Too bad the product stains everything, because the color result is nice looking, but now I have an entire load of laundry (towels, pillowcases, shirts) that is stained orange and my shower is orange too. Going back to Revlon ColorSilk. The Schwarzkopf formula is bad.

I got the medium brown and it was almost jet black. Luckily I tested it on the underside of my hair first so it wasn’t a huge issue for me but this could really mess up someone’s hair. It’s EXTREMELY dark. So just beware that you are NOT getting medium brown, you’re getting black.

Compared to other brands there was not enough color to cover all my hair. After three weeks color is still washing out every time I shampoo. It was supposed to color the grey but it turned orange not red. Needless to say it’s not worth trying ever again. I’m very disappointed.
