the handle change is everything. it's made to stand on its own, which keeps the dish detergent from accumulating in the sponge and wasting the detergent.

I love it so much it comes without me having to keeping soap in it again I like this better than the one I got from family dollar it’s much better and better quality to me from Walmart I’m going to buy these for now on

I have purchased two of these. One I keep in the shower so I can give the walls and floor a quick scrub while my conditioner soaks in. The other one I bought to scrub the cat box with so I don’t have to put my hand in it. The shape helps get in the corners perfectly!

Raised the price on a new model — that I didn't get. I was shopping for the original model that was listed as unavailable due to a revamp, so I thought I'd try it, but nope.

If you want a cheap dish wand, this is it. They hold up for 3-5 weeks usually if you was dishes by hand. They do a great job when new but purchase extra sponges for it so when it falls apart you can replace it quick and easy. I do not feel it is for heavy duty but it gets the job done with a little elbow grease. i buy them regularly!

I have always wanted one of these, and I finally got one. It works well when I wash a dish, BUT when I stand it up to dry, the entire bottom half of the sponge/scrubber turns blue from all the dish soap leaking out of the handle. It dripped all down my sink, what a waste. I don't know if I filled it to full, or if it's defective. I would recommend and repurchase if it didn't leak.

filled it with dawn, all leaked out!! no way to sit it to keep it from leaking out detergent while not in use. had to give one star but it doesn't deserve any stars

This leaks horribly, filled once and all the soap leaked out within 2 hours. Filled again thinking the new bottom was loose and tightened it. 2 hours later emptied all over the counter. Thinking third time is charm replaced the sponge part with a new one. Guess what, it still leaked all over. The unit with the pointy bottom is the way to go (but it's discontinued), I always used these but I'm thinking now a total waste of money with how much dish detergent has been wasted and the amount of time I have to wash all the soap off dishes since the sponge was drenched with soap. I repeat if you find the pointy bottom grab it and multiple ones since new one is a crap product. it had good intentions but that was it.

Very disappointed with this product and now I’m stuck with several refill sponges i can’t use because the device leaks and I’ve list half a bottle of Dawn and will have to search for a better solution

My last scotch brite had an easy press button. This one is all hard plastic, with an equally hard indentation for you to "press" if you want to dispense soap.
