Scotch-Brite Odor Resist Scrub Sponges, Heavy Duty, Rinses Clean, 6 Pack

I use these for removing eggs, soups and grill cheese from dishes, and pots and pans. After if it is needed clean up with warm soapy water.

3M sent me the Scotch-Brite Scrub Dots Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge to try and review. I used the sponge on every dish, pot, and pan in my kitchen. The Scrub Dots side of the sponge is non scratch so it was safe to use it on my non-stick pans. In my experience, other scrubbie sponges get food bits stuck on the scrubbie side which are difficult to dislodge. This Scrub Dots sponge did not have that issue. Any food bits just rinsed right off. The first task I used with the “Stay Fresh Sponge “ was a sheet pan used in baking French toast. I normally use a heavy brush to get all the sticky bits off the pan but this sponge scraped all off without clinging to the sponge or able to rinse off. The brush normally has bits still sticking to it, whereas the sponge easy to clean off. My second task was to remove bits of dough, in making homemade bread, from the bowl. Once again, the sponge was able to remove all the sticky residue and then a quick rinse off. This product is now my favorite sponge, as I have used everyday for a week and it has stayed odor free and clean of food bits.

I received this for free from 3M in exchange for my honest review. We've all used scrubbing sponges. They hold out until they fall apart or become too disgusting to try to clean. These Scotch Brite scrubbing sponges with "scrub dots" are a vast improvement on scrubbing sponges. I went to try it after breakfast to find my husband christened it the night before and as usual didn't rinse it out. Remnants of stromboli, cheese and marinara were there to greet me. To my surprise the sponge rinsed clean! Moving on to my once "nonstick" pan I was ready to apply the usual elbow grease when a couple of swipes proved to easily lift off the egg coating. Same with the plastic spatula that has many rough spots from years scraping hot pans. The scrubbing side with "scrub dots" felt like it made more contact with the surfaces to be cleaned. You can feel the difference and my spatula looked cleaner than ever. I also used it on a sheet pan that held chicken and asparagus the night before. I did let it soak all night, just because I didn't feel like washing it then. Even so, the sheet pan was cleaner than ever. The scrub dots removed baked on residue that I thought was now part of the pan. In addition the food falls right off of the sponge which is what contributes to their short life span and odor even when rinsing well. I will now be using these instead of brillo pads as I don't like the soap they contain and only last for 1 use. I will continue to use these great scrubbers... My verdict?... I love them! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the color of this sponge. Such a pretty green! Washed my dishes with ease and a little dish soap. I did not find it getting stinky after a few days. I wash dishes several times a day. I used it on pans and it did not scratch!

I received a free sample of the Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge and put it to the test right away. Scrubbing effectiveness is superior to regular sponges. Tough on stock food yet gentle on surfaces. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are good sponges. Honestly, not much different than any other sponge I've used. They don't seem to get smelly as fast as others. They are a bit thin but are holding up nicely after being used a couple weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing! Initially, I thought this is just another sponge, but boy was I surprised. I had a dark spot on my kitchen sink that had been there forever. I had given up trying to get it off. But low and behold the Scrub Dots Sponge took it off with very little effort. I even had to show my husband and he was amazed. The scrub dots do an excellent job of providing an abrasive surface that doesn't damage. They rinse easily and they don't smell. I will be buying these. 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sponges work quite well. The soft side of the sponge does a good job being gentle with dishes, sinks, etc. The "dot" side of the sponges work well to do some mild scrubbing of debris from dishes and sinks.
