This tape left very sharp lines. It did not let the paint bleed underneath.

I absolutely hate this tape. Spent the entire day taping door frames and windows (and yes I washed them all and made sure they were dry first) only to find most of it on the floor the next morning. I guess you are supposed to tape and paint as you go because if you leave it for more than an hour or two it will fall.. complete waste of money. Two rolls of tape on the ground. I ended up doing it all by hand, couldn't see the point wasting time taping again.

If I could give negative star rating I would give this tape negative 5 stars. I does not stick. It stuck when I first put it down and lifted up within minutes both on wood and vinyl deck boards. Tried pushing it back down and painting and paint seeped all under the tape. It's worthless. All that money for a worthless product. 3M has to know because now I'm finding several bad reviews for the same reason. Save yourself some money and time don't buy this tape. Now I have primer on vinyl deck boards I can't get up and it ruined by deck and porch.

I used this tape to paint my ceiling and it ripped off the paint on the wall and in some spots, ripped down to the drywall. It also bled through and you had to keep resealing it before painting. Will stick with Frogger, this is terrible tape for painting!

We did all the prep of washing the walls, ceilings and trim yesterday, but this tape won't stick at all!!! I might understand it not sticking to the popcorn ceiling even though it says "multi-surface," but it won't even stick to the clean baseboards! I had to resort to thumb tacks to get it on the ceiling just to keep the roller from hitting the ceiling! I can't use this at all to help with cutting in!!! Basically it is crap!

I used this on a wall that was painted two weeks prior using a premium Sherwin Williams latex. The results were horrible. See attached photos of wall and tape Would never use it again.

This tape took the finish the casing that we had it on. Payed a lot of money to get the best tape and only left it on for 2 days couldn't believe it when it ripped off the finish
