Scott Choose-a-Sheet Paper Towels, 12 Double Rolls

Every time I go to get a new roll out, I become angry all over again. The fact that they advertise these as 'double rolls' is such a joke because if anything, they are 50% smaller than what they were just a year ago. I'd feel better if they said on the packaging: "We're having trouble making our nut, so we're going to continue the upwards price creep while giving you half as much, sorry." I could respect that for honesty's sake alone.

I really like these paper towels but they have gotten so much smaller! I bought the exact same package in February 2024 and had a few extra rolls left to compare. The new towels were at least 1/4 inch smaller in diameter and their packaging was almost 2 rolls shorter in volume. How these are "double" rolls is beyond me, they are the same size, or smaller, than regular paper towel rolls. I wish these companies would stop with this deception. I will probably just have to buy the industrial size cases, at least they aren't playing this roll size game.

Wow. These have always been my go to for paper towels. I opened this latest package and could tell a SIGNIFICANT change in size. Wow. Same price, feels like half the roll. We will be buying another brand now. No more SCOTT paper towels for this family.

I've been an avid customer for years. What I've recently been purchasing is unacceptable. You all are falsely advertising single rolls as doubles. These are actually even smaller than single minis and they are not even absorbent. Waste of money. You have lost a valued customer.

Scott has drank the KoolAid here. Bought into the great paper panic and flim flam. This twelve pack doesn't equal twelve much less 'twenty four'. Pathetic skinny half rolls in a big half empty bag is what it is. If they tried as hard to deliver a great experience and honest roll of paper towels as they do at screwing you out maximum money for the least amount of puffed up not even adequate subterfuge precious pulp insult to your intelligence then these might be great. Walmart should find another product instead so as not to be complicit in this disappointing ripoff. Lidls has a much better more honest version of this for $8.98 with the Lidls app at the register. It's bigger and heavier and twelve actually big rolls in a tight package. Twelve full size Lidls rolls. NOT THIS EMPTY BAG.

Deceitful, smaller than regular size, not close to DOUBLE as stated. I am not making this up, read the 1 star reviews, we don't lie to you. Not what i expected, could have gotten a different brand that is actually double the size for less money. Don't do it to yourselves and get disappointed, trust us

There is no way these are double rolls! They aren’t even a standard roll by cheap paper towel standards. False advertisement!! Would give zero star review if I could on this. So very disappointed. Do better Scott!! Roll on left is Scott “double roll” roll on right is cheap single roll we got cuz we ran out before store pickup.

Terrible quality. Waste of money. Towels are so thin you cannot use them for cleaning at all. The rolls are so small- they look to be half the size of other brand name rolls. Extremely disappointed. I bought online, so I didn’t see the size before purchase. Will never buy again.

This is not a double roll, this isnt even worth being called a bargain brand single roll ! Check out the pictures the one under 2in is apparently the Scott's "double roll" the one that is about 2in is a "standard" single roll from another brand. Scott's used to be my go to. No more ! This is false advertisement and skimp-flation. Shame on you Scott's. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

SHOCKED TO SEE HOW MUCH OF A SIGNIFICANT SHORTAGE IN SQ. FOOTAGE SINCE THE LAST TIME I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT. THE PRICE THIS TIME AROUND SHOULD HAVE BEEN REDUCED. WHILE I LIKE SCOTT PAPER TOWELS , I WILL NOT PURCHASE THIS SIZE AGAIN UNLESS THE PRICE IS ADJUSTED.
