Scotts PatchMaster Lawn Repair Mix Sun + Shade Mix, 10 lbs.

I have used this product for decades. It works very well about 90% of the time. Grass has a better chance of growing if you resist the urge to over water. I will be using it again soon as Spring sets in.

The spot in the photo was bare except for a few weeds. A few areas are still young and slow to sprout, but by next year my scabby lawn will be much better for the use of this patch mix. Much better than the overpriced reseeding I had done last fall.

Product was easy to apply haven't seen the new growth yet.

It's easy to start by scraping the dirt and then applying the seed mix. In one week I had tiny grass growing.

I don't really care for the lawn patch. I thought it was smaller pieces to blend in with the lawn it is not

up and growing in a week. Followed directions and importantly watered 2 times a day. Scattered it on top soil.

Good: began growth in a week %26 these are the results after three weeks. Make sure to water as directed. Best result: prepped with Sunday Pet Patch a week or so before applying. Downside: The grass is pretty thin; we need to see how it lasts over winter.

The first patch came in at about 50%. Even though I followed the directions and shook kthe bag to mix, it didn't mix well. For subsequent patches, I dug into the bag and mixed thoroughly with good results. Started to sprout in 7 or 8 days and was pretty well filled in within 2 1/2 weeks, even though it's been quite hot.

Not working this year for me. My yard care is my hobby. I have underground sprinklers. The bare spots never filled in and the mulch is still there unsprouted months later. Sun, shade and watering. Disappointed.

I agree with the others. I followed the directions and it took over 10 days to get weird looking grass that looks more like weeds. So much for buying name brand. Trusted? No.
