LOVE these barrettes ! I have long hair but thin! I twist it into a bun on top of my head and ude these to hold it, Even ordered more because I keep putting the barrette down and losing it! LOL

I read reviews and was scared to buy because people said they hold very little hair and were hard to open. I have thin hair past my shoulders and these are PERFECT.

This was perfect for the length and thickness of my hair. Also, like the minimalist look.

The only recommendation I have is if you have fine hair, I would use the barette for an entire up-do style. For thick hair, it is probably best for a half up half down look.

Too hard to open and close! Not like the good old days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very cute, but it does struggle with thicker hair. I could see it being very cute and useful for someone with thinner hair, but I have big thick curls and it could barely hold my bangs into place.

The look of the clips are definitely pretty though, and I might even still use them, but it needs to be frequently readjusted to feel secure again.
