well my dentures need relyined, so I put these in my top denture and you have to cut them way down you can't you have to fit them to the denture but I've been doing it for so long I know exactly where to cut them but you want them a little smaller than your denture cuz they do move after a little bit you know but I put them in and then put a little poly grip on top of them and it seems to stick good for quite a while!
These are great! Easy to use, not near as messy as Fixodent or Polident. And they keep dentures secure. Trim pad sparingly. It has a mild mint taste at first. If you take out dentures, there is a little bit of thin stringy residue but it's not bad. Overall I highly recommend this product, especially for 1st time denture wearers with immediate / temp dentures.
These are the best denture fasteners I have ever used. They taste good, they are easy on the gums and the most important, food doesn't get underneath them
I like Seabond adhesives. You do have to cut them to fit your denture plate. They do hold up to 8 hours, but a little food still gets underneath the adhesive. What I like is that they're easy to get your dentures out and no mess.
these are all I use. they work great. So much better and putting that messy cream on your dentures and then having to dig it off the roof of your mouth. I think you're really like easy if you try them.
I didn't use this for myself but for my grandma's top denture and my aunt cut it to size and helped put it . Mind you she was very ill in bed . The foam got very gooey and she was choking, coughing so I got her up and pulled out what I thought was phlegm but was a sponge type goo she was choking on. This might be good for people not sick and apply themselves but sure gave me a scare. I prefer the glue kind in that situation.
I'm my experience, these provide sufficient grip for the duration of one meal. When left in place for an extended period of time, they migrate out of the denture, toward the throat, at which time, I must remove the device from the denture. I have custom trimmed them to fit but still experienced about a 50% failure rate. My denture generally doesn't require any adhesive help unless biting down with some force such as biting an apple or chewing the outer crust of pizza etc. I'll try to remember to use them when going out to dinner with friends but probably not for general use.
It would have e gotten 5 stars if they delivered the 4 pack but they delivered 1 box, not the 4 pack that I ordered! This is the second time my order has been wrong. Now I have T go into the store to be sure I get a refund d for what they did not deliver! What is going on at Walmart??? Are your employees not able to read English?
I haven't tried it yet. The box is so damaged and I have no means of returning it. Walmart SHOULDN'T have it on the shelf like that. You need to tell them.
Considering I ordered lower and I was sent upper it was a waste of 20.00 because I have no use for these. If I could have rated it zero stars I would have. Very disappointed in my last two orders.
