It works great so far!
I purchased this item back in Dec 14 (it was on sale though approx. $12) and it has been 7 months now, that it has been running flawlessly. Very dependable, great product! I am using it with my aquaponics, running 15 mins/every hour.

Seachoice Bilge Pump
I have not had this pump out on the water yet, so I am not sure how it will pump water. I was able to snap the pump out of the base and just replace the pump part and not have to detach the base, made it easy.

Mini bilge pump
Bought this to supply water to my camp sink. I use 2 buckets, one to hold fresh water and the other under the sink drain. The pump goes into the fresh water bucket and is connected to the sink faucet with tubing. A foot switch and a small car battery power the pump. The pump has to lift water about 30", which is does well but it won't blow the doors off your Lamborghini. The women love it.

piece of junk.
Piece of junk. I bought this pump because it appeared in the photos that the outlet could be rotated to the side. It cannot. The retaining clips that hold the pump body to the base do not hold well. any pressure of vibration on the hose will detach the pump motor.

Didn't work long
Product lasted less than a year. Pump went under too deep and never worked again. Did not use an automatic float to turn on.
