Easy installation, looks like chrome metal light but is plastic. Great value!

Direct replacement. No screws supplied. But if you own a boat, You should have a supply of stainless hardware anyway...

Works when it wants to work
Seems REALLY sensitive to being jostled. I've taken the light apart and tried to get it to work better, but between the bounces on the road on the way to the boat ramp, and the bounces on the water from waves, it just stops working. I had the light professionally installed, and when I take it apart, it's clear that it's the bulb's connection/contact with where it sits . . . but there seems to be nothing I can do to fix it, even after using a dremel to brush all the contacts and make sure they're good. To me, that's a design or defect issue (designing a bow light, prone to bumps, that's so sensitive to bumping). In the meantime, I've got one more thing to tinker with and not be dependable on the water, which is NOT what I needed.
