it's VERY comfy..it's not firm, but it soothes my achy 54 yr old female body. even this gentleman loves it. it's a great prop-up pillow too.and machine washable, but I just got it, so no need to wash it for a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lately, I've been getting things I needed, and this is the case with these pillows. I had already exchanged 4, but I wanted 6 pillows (why? I don't use them all 😂). But right now, these are the ones I'm using to sleep because they're super soft and fluffy.

Sealed fine, but once I opened the vacuum sealed bag on the opposite end of where I opened the bag, my wife noticed a four inch gap where the seam had either been unraveled or never sewn. Not a big issue because I can mend it, but quality control needs to improve.

The pillows didn't quite provide the support I expected, but considering the price, I suppose they did their job. I'm not sure I'd buy them again.

Was sent the wrong size. I ordered a king but got standard. There's a difference. And pillow was not what I was expecting. Way too soft.

Delivered to the wrong address. Way too thin and cheap and have absolutely no support whatsoever. Sealy has become a joke of a company

The description says firm. These are very thin and floppy. I'm sending them back.

The pillows arrived open, previously opened and probably returned by another customer. In addition they were of the lowest quality and will be returned.

If you want what is basically a fluffy comforter, this is for you! I wanted it soft, but a stack of towels would've been better. They seemed to be made well, just not as described as well. I'm a small person and my head went all the way through so it was flat!
