Secret Aluminum Free Women's Deodorant Solid, White Peach, 2.4 oz

Finding a deodorant that was aluminum free, but still smelled good was important. This one is light and nice, not overpowering. It is a good size for the money. It doesn't feel sticky after applying.

I like the aluminum free deodorant and the peach scented one from Secret is my favorite. It smells good, does its job and makes me feel good about deodorant after having breast cancer.

Since the aluminum in deodorant and other personal care products is potentially bad for you and might lead to neurodegenerative disorders, I only buy aluminum free deodorant for my preteen, teens, young adult children. Our favorite scents are coconut vanilla and peach, but we have liked the cotton and the cucumber as well. We only use the solid and have not tried the gel versions. We have not had any skin irritation. I suspect that irritated skin from shaving too closely or with a dull/old razor could predispose toward irritation, but we have never had a problem. The kids don't shave under their arms, but do have sensitive young skin. After reading some reviews, it occurs to me that many people have unrealistic expectations. Please note that this is NOT intended to be antiperspirant. It is not supposed to keep you dry. Aluminum keeps you dry by clogging your pores…. This aluminum free deodorant inhibits bacterial growth that causes odor but heavy sweating people will need to apply more often. It does work, just not as thoroughly as the toxic products. Also, bathing daily is a necessity, especially if you are using healthier alternatives like aluminum free deodorant. Bottom line: This deodorant works great if you reapply after doing something sweaty, and you bathe daily. It does not keep you dry. It is deodorant, not antiperspirant.

I could tell the product had not been tampered with, which can sometimes be an issue with deodorants since customers are curious of the scent and open the product before purchasing.

I love Secret Aluminum free. I prefer the Coconut scent but it was unavailable when I placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised with the sweet smell of the peach and the scent also lasts all day! Way to go Secret!

You have to give it a minute to get used to not having an anti perspirant, but it does help odor and it does dry quickly.And the scent of this one is really nice

Love this scent. Aluminum free is the only way to go for deodorant. The only thing is you do have to apply twice a day. I'm willing to do that to keep me healthier.

Unfortunately, for me this product did not work as well as another one that I have tried. While the scent is very fragrant and delightful within hours I noticed body odor.

It smells really good but the label says it has 72-hour odor control, and it doesn't. My experience with it was that it barely lasted 12 hours.

I'm allergic to aluminum zirconium, nickel and other metals. I was hopeful about this deodorant. It has left me in terrible pain. I'm having an allergic reaction that has caused a rash under both underarms. It's embarrassing. Please do a better job at making sure your deodorant are actually free of the metals you are claiming to be free from on the front of your packaging!
