My bench went from 315 for 2 -3 reps, with a high degree of difficulty to sets of 315 x 5 reps ... And my max had gone up from 320 to 340 ... Dumbbells, at home gym my heaviest are the 125 lbs. barely for 6 reps back in May of 2020, my PR, after using these wraps in 2021, 9 Reps for 125, and several sets of 8s ... these are AMAZING!!!
