These are great!
When your gut struggles with b vitamins, this is very important to take. Always has been helpful to me.
I love these vitamins. I always notice a decline in my energy levels when I don't take them. They've made me feel so much better!!
We think this is a great B Complex supplement, and take it most days.
Great for so many things. A good b complex is a must have for mthfr folks.
Have been taking this for years and it's always gentle on the stomach and effective.
This is a good product as long as you know the frequency to take it so you don't over methylate. I wish the dosages were a little better dialed in to avoid this concern.
