Great item
This is an amazing label maker. I have used one just like this for years. In fact, I ordered this immediately when I thought mine was broken. However, I will be returning this because my hubby was able to fix mine. If mine ever gives out, I will definitely reorder this model

This is a upgraded version of a Smart Label Printer that we used for 10 years. This model is even better!

Very good label maker!
Had a little problem getting it to print until I changed the label manufacturer. Other than that it is just great! I had one of them but had to give it up to another office.
