This grill came in one box. It took about 30 minutes to put together. The instructions were very clear. I love the size and the way it looks. It cooks the food evenly and holds a lot of food on the grill. I used both sides one for the hamburgers and the other for the steaks.

it is perfect for a small family of three unfortunately I have a larger family I thought it would have been bigger I understand that the measurements were there but I didn't read or go by them ... plan on using this for Christmas turkey and ham.... I'm sure I can compromise

i did not like the assembly service so I canceled it. My husband put the grill together and no trouble putting it together. the grill itself is awesome and simple to use.

i like the grill personally, but i can also acknowledge its not the best quality material. it was fairly simple to set up. great beginner grill, not sure how long it will last.

Cooks too fast.. I've tried using it twice and have burned my meat both times. I've never had this problem with my other barrel grill. Even with the vents closed it still seems to get too much oxygen

Very flimsy tried to rerun took all day on phone paid assembly all numbers did not work a week later a person showed up to assemble. I do not know what to do after assembly.the order keep me without the ability to return a flimsy grill. Meat is heavy I will only be able to grill feathers

1st, the item showed up with a bent smoker. then the screws and nuts were tossed in a bag mixed together, and the item count was way off, so you have to use trial and error to figure out which screws go where. Then it's small... it said the original price was 399.99, but I would have been highly upset if I had paid the full price and received this piece of crap. The little blue grill is a quarter of that price, comes assembled, and feels like way better quality than what I received today. I know seeing 67% off makes it hard to pass this by, but trust me, even after saving 67%, I still feel ripped off.

thr nox came damaged and toy can hear the parts moving around. . still trying to get a refund but i prefer a grill. It was a Christmas p tree wawnt that I still don't have.
