I was disappointed for it not to be chelated, with out that one only absorbs 8-10% of the elemental part and that is only 20% of the 200mcg. Purchase chelated or plant derived colloidal minerals for best results. This is a common mistake or nutrition point over all, this data was discovered 60 years ago by the animal husbandry industry.
