I take this form of B12 but had been using a different brand. I have ordered it several times now. This product seems to absorb easily. I have been taking Methylcobalamin B-12 for over a year based on the recommendation of my gastroenterologist who advised this was a superior and more effective product that regular B-12. He advised the body must transform regular B-12 to the methyl form to be absorbed effectively. Piping Rock had this product at a much lower price than what I had been paying, and I have no reason to assume it is not chemically the same as what I was taking. I will certainly check with them in the future for any supplements I need.
