Not exactly as pictured. There are two sheets of tabs. One is floral as pictured, the other is more leafy and greenery. Where it attaches to the Bible is colored to. I found some that are clear where it attaches and look exactly like their picture so I returned these

The tabs are a little bigger than I hoped. I planned to use them for myself but will be giving them to someone else instead.

I bought these for my daughter's Bible. She used them when she went to came this summer and loved them. They are cute colors and have very helpful guide for putting the tabs on evenly so they are not all in the same place making it easier to find the book you need fast.
