Doesn't clean itself well
I like the look of this and the size of the waste disposal box. But it doesn't empty the contents of the litter box well, and gets stuck by the sifter.

it keeps getting stuck because of the anti pinch sensor when cleaning and cat is nowhere around. this is happening every time it cleans. i am having a difficult time finding info on how to contact the manufacturer or any support on this issue.

Regret Buying This One
I regret this purchase. I have an automatic litter box that I love but I have a senior cat that I thought may have an easier time with the open top concept. Well, that part was accurate but this machine doesn't perform as expected. The side pieces were hard to get on. Then, the machine didn't work correctly with them on and they had to be pried back off. The machine doesn't function properly if it's too close to the wall or other furniture. I could live with these inconveniences. The real issue is that the actual cat waste gets stuck to the paddle and coated in litter, then smears on the inside of the machine. Smells fantastic and is fun to clean…which is great because you have to do this regularly.
