So far this product has been amazing. At first it was a little confusing with assembly but after the first couple steps it was really a breeze. I love that if I need to clean it, it wont be hard to take apart and clean. It is really quiet. It is sleek and even my 18 lbs cat is happy to use it. I am very pleased with this product.

This litter box does what it says it will do and thats because there is quality to its parts. The parts are hard plastic but not flinsy, its really neat to watch everything move the way it' does to make the whole thing work. I believe if put together correctly it shouldn't leave Litter anywhere it's nit supposed to. I do wipe the insides from time to time but thats me keeping everything spotless in my world. Later on We might graduate to a fancier side collecter but as for now this is just what I wanted. I have 4 nedium sized cats using this with 3 cats thst also go outside. The fourrh cat is very big at 18 lbs and he can get in and out with no problem. He can not go outside he is too big and could not run and hide. Very spacious, time saving, and works great with my favorite Super Scoop Litter.

This product does exactly what it claims. I am severely disabled from COPD and have 5 cats! Litter boxes are terrible for me because of the dust and this one makes a huge difference by cutting down on litter dust. It isn't perfect getting wet clumps to fall into trap but it's given me back a good hour of litter duties everyday. I highly recommend this product for cat lovers who hate litter boxes 😉

Flimsy plastic and outer ring is very loose. Whole thing comes apart too easily and even though it says it has a strong connection to my wifi it won't clean automatically and the app bot says I have to configure a different wifi access or something and of course there is no human customer support to help me. There is absolutely NO WAY this was EVER worth the original price of over $1200. It's not even worth the sale price I paid of under $200. The inside surface with the litter is so small that my 8lb cat in the picture has trouble and only my kitten fits in it with room to turn and to bury her waste. I like the one I got from another company that you tilt back and then forward much better and it came in the same amount of time and is much easier to deal with for less than $40.

This product has flaws, I have had problems with it freezing up, after multiple times of taking it apart and reassembling it, no explanation why it froze, it's always overnight when it acts up, it is up off of the ground high enough that I need a step so my cat can get into it, I would only recommend it if you enjoy baby sitting a litter box

pictures and product do not match. bought it because it was suppose to be really large, but not. my cats weigh between 10-16 lbs. the larger cats have trouble entering and doing their business. Next issue: took a long time to arrive. I had to do all the work of finfing out the issues and fixing them. It was a label issue that FedEx wouldn't take care of. they stated it had no label! How can a package travel from California to SC without a label. the label after jumping through hoops arrived as beat up as the box. It did not appear that a new label was placed for the last 30 mile treck. FedEx blamed the label issue on the sender. The damaged box and delays were definitely by FedEx. FedEx was rude and refused to fix the label issue which definitely was a problem created by them. the product notbeing as advertised was the sellers fault. the other issue with product besides being small entrance and interior is the collecton bag. It's on the top left inside and the waste gets heavy causing the bag to malfunction. If most of my cats aren't comfortable using the product then I can't recommend it. Large plus means a 13-16 lb cat should be able to have room to do their business. the boy cats won't even tryto use it!

I don't often leave reviews. This is one of the largest pieces of trash I have ever purchased. Ridiculously complex to put together, and I'm a construction worker. It's not that I can't figure it out, it's just the cheapest most warped piece of trash I've ever bought. It's actually comical how bad it is. Don't get me started on the fabric piece in the inside. That's gonna be so nasty after a week or two. Would give this negative stars if I could.

We could not put it together so unfortunately it's a big mess piled on the floor. The directions were useless and very difficult to understand. We would have sent it back but unfortunately we ran out of time. This was the biggest mistake we've made Since we bought it and now we are stuck with it. What a horrible mistake! Anna Lisa Robinson

Omg! This thing comes in 1 million parts be ready to have your mind blown trying to figure out how to put every internal part together like every internal part I was overwhelmed after opening the box and just threw it all back in the box! There's nothing like the last one that I purchased that was nearly fully assembled, and all I had to do was put the legs on it and plug it up and it works perfectly. I should've just ordered another one of those.!

I received the box at my front door and began to open it only to find that it was completely unassembled which would require me to put this item together. I am not technically inclined and therefore had to hire a handyman to come in and put it together for me which cost me $120! the product is not well made and I was not pleased with all of the plastic pieces! I received the product on Wednesday. had a handyman put it together on Friday and now we are on Tuesday and the cats still haven't gone near it! I don't like the way waste product is left under the machine in a basket!
