This litter box does what it says it will do and thats because there is quality to its parts. The parts are hard plastic but not flinsy, its really neat to watch everything move the way it' does to make the whole thing work. I believe if put together correctly it shouldn't leave Litter anywhere it's nit supposed to. I do wipe the insides from time to time but thats me keeping everything spotless in my world. Later on We might graduate to a fancier side collecter but as for now this is just what I wanted. I have 4 nedium sized cats using this with 3 cats thst also go outside. The fourrh cat is very big at 18 lbs and he can get in and out with no problem. He can not go outside he is too big and could not run and hide. Very spacious, time saving, and works great with my favorite Super Scoop Litter.

I have 5 cat's, from little to Big and I am very pleased of how well this works. Because I have 5 cat's I need to empty the box at the bottom more often than if you had only 1 or 2 cat's. Overall though I'd definitely recommend this to all cat owners!

So far this product has been amazing. At first it was a little confusing with assembly but after the first couple steps it was really a breeze. I love that if I need to clean it, it wont be hard to take apart and clean. It is really quiet. It is sleek and even my 18 lbs cat is happy to use it. I am very pleased with this product.

Took some time to assemble, but I got it. I kept the old cat boxes out for a few days, by then all 3 cats were using the new one. My kitten is obsessed with it and climbs in when it's sifting. The auto shut off is a great safety feature. I also like how it communicates by text after one of the cats leaves the box, giving the weight and the duration of time spent in it before exiting. This product is worth every penny. If you're thinking about getting one of these, you won't regret it.

I love this cat box/toilet, I don't have to clean it out every day it is a timesaver .it is quiet. I don't hear it like another one that I got under a different company plus I love the pad that catches the litter from the cat's paws it helps keep my house clean of litter everywhere. down the road I plan to buy another exact one.it is perfect[spaciousness] for big cats as I have 3 big cats and they plenty of wiggle room in it.

I love that I don't have to scoop it everyday. I love that I cannot smell cat pee or the poop. This litter box was so easy to set up and it is so quiet when it's time for the litter box to clean itself. I live in a small apartment so it's been nice for it to quiet.

This product has flaws, I have had problems with it freezing up, after multiple times of taking it apart and reassembling it, no explanation why it froze, it's always overnight when it acts up, it is up off of the ground high enough that I need a step so my cat can get into it, I would only recommend it if you enjoy baby sitting a litter box

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and at first thought it was better than other rotating-style boxes, since my cat wasn't getting dirty litter everywhere. It's also easy to add litter and remove the waste bin and I like that there is an app/ Wi-Fi required, which can be a plus for some people. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Negatives: This box is way too small for a large cat. One of my cats is about 17 lbs. His body is too long for this type of cat box. My other large cat is a litter kicker and litter goes everywhere. Even with a litter mat. It has completely ruined my carpet. The odor control is terrible. There is basically none. I've tried multiple types of litter, and the problem is clearly the box design. The waste bin is open underneath, so smells are not contained at all. On top of that, the poop/ urine clumps fall out the front or get stuck. If your cat makes larger clumps the box does not rotate fully. instead of putting it into the waste bin. Because of all this, I'm now looking for yet another self-cleaning litter box. I do like the open style better than the rotating ones, but I won't be buying another product from this brand.

We were so excited to be able to afford this electronic litter box. However, it stops between dumps or it doesn't dump and have to check on it constantly. We do not fill the litter past the max and it's a Sandi litter and as it tumbles litter comes out on the floor constantly resetting the weight which is not accurate based on our actual cats weights, and again sometimes it stops mid cycle not real happy with it. I would probably spend more money to get a better model for the next one, but in a pinch, this will work just be careful with kittens to make sure you have the kitten setting on so that they don't get dumped in the hole. I don't often leave reviews. This is one of the largest pieces of trash I have ever purchased. Ridiculously complex to put together, and I'm a construction worker. It's not that I can't figure it out, it's just the cheapest most warped piece of trash I've ever bought. It's actually comical how bad it is. Don't get me started on the fabric piece in the inside. That's gonna be so nasty after a week or two. Would give this negative stars if I could.
