It helps the only thing is that if I take it at night I get a lot of nausea.

I'm on a GLP-1 (tirzepatide) and realized far too late that Berberine can cause adverse affects when you're on a GLP-1. I was drawn to this supplement because I have PCOS and suffer from hirsutism. After months of taking this multivitamin, I saw zero improvement with the excess hair growth, but noticed that I had increased stomach issues and various bouts of lightheadedness. My big reason for discontinuing use though is because I never saw any truth to the statements that it would improve my energy (still incredibly tired) and reduce symptoms of hirsutism (had to get laser treatment for that.)
