The product was as pictured and seems well constructed solid wood and is attractive. Shipping was fast and the product was reasonably packaged. This product was bought to replace a similar product from a different brand that eventually fell apart. Time will tell, but this product already seems to be of much better quality.

It can actually fluctuate in size depending on your drawer size. The wood is very nice.

I purchased this to use as a desk drawer organizer; however, I didn't take into consideration the internal measurements of the drawer, so the item didn't fit. Not a problem, though, because I'm using it in a kitchen drawer for small utensils and it's working beautifully.

I love everything about it except the silverware compartments are short. My butter knife's don't fit. I guess I could put them in a different spot but I like all the flatware next to each other.

the frame(slots) of this item are wood. the bottom portion(base) where the silverware actually sits is manufactured garbage with a printed image of wood on it. it is not 100% acacia as it is listed.
