I like the weedeater so far, have only used it once. The power is great but seems a little hard to start. Guess I will catch on to it though. The packaging was terrible. Looked like it had been returned and taped the box shut. It had a hole in the bottom and on the side of the box. I looked at it though and the machine looked very good. Glad I kept it.

I am quite satisfied with this string trimmer, the 4 stroke engine performs well, actually much better than another that i bought before that lasted just about a year and the carburetor was not well calibrated for the CFM of the engine. The engine wore out prematurely. It was not from the same manufacturer. The only little problem is about a vibration that is generated from the spool, I cannot see what causes that... But in general this trimmer has been well engineered and works well and powerful.

im only using the fuel in the can(walmart brand) absolutely no issues with it at all so far. 1st 4 stroke weedeater I've owned, cuts just fine. does sound odd but works great

My Craftsman weedeater (identical to the Senix) had a terminal failure. I bought the Senix because I loved the one I had. It is quiet (4cycle) and very fuel efficient. No oil/gas mixing mess. Reports of hard to start have never been an issue. Would not hesitate to buy again or recommend!

i hot it ontime. it was easy to use. but, one note when your not using it empty out gas and let it set uprightfor storage because if you dont the gas can dry up in the motor and seize it up. you wont be able to pull the string to start. you will have to take the spark plug out to free it up. it will build up pressure and get stuck. put back in and normal operation will be reinstated. clean area before reinstalling the spark plug.

The box that the item came in was damaged and in the instructions, it stated that the item was SUPPOSED to come with a harness.... There was no harness inside the package at all!!!!😡😡😡

I used this gas powered weed eater to do the same trimming in my front yard ditch and donkey pen that I've been doing with an electric weed eater. I still have my electric weed eater and this gas trimmer is much faster but I only cut with it 3 times before it stopped cutting. The engine runs fine but the shaft broke.

CAN NOT get a reply from the service support email 2 times Acts like a bad carb right out of the box never would rev high. only used ethanol free as in all my stuff. Now when any throttle is used it chokes out. I replaced the spark plug and cleaned air filter as manual suggests. Only used it about 3 hours.

I have no idea how this weedeater works. When the box arrived it had been completely cut open several places and then taped back together. I opened it to find parts thrown inside and a strong smell of gasoline. This was OBVIOUSLY an item previously sold and returned, then re-sold to me as new. I consider this to be fraud. I returned the item immediately and while it took several weeks, I did ultimately get a refund.

Ran good for about two uses now I can’t get it to start and now the summer months are coming on us. I need a good reader, but this one won’t start if there’s anything that I could do to get it fixed or get it replaced, I would truly appreciate it but at this point I can’t do it even get it to start
