The unit is easy to assemble. In my first use it did a great job on some wayward branches. Cut them like butter. Even fully extended I feel like I'm in complete control of the saw. I used it for perhaps 15 minutes and battery is still showing 4 out of 4 energy level. I'm very impressed with the saw so far.

I was very surprised after I first used this limbsaw. I have used several different units that were either too heavy or too unbalanced. This unit is plenty powerful, the 60v battery sees to that. It also is very well balanced and makes cutting so much easier and safer. I cut through limbs quickly and never lost control of the unit because of its excellent balance. I would definitely recommend this saw, it's well worth the money!

I bought this so that I could trim my palm trees. It's exactly what I was hoping for, and it worked perfectly. I would recommend this. I also like the fact that it's telescopic and therefore don't have pieces that I could misplace. The battery allows more time than needed on a single charge

Likes: Very sharp blade. Good extension. Note the advertised length includes the user's height. Battery and charger seem solid. Dislikes: Very heavy -had to hand it off to a guy after a few cuts. Battery large and heavy but guess that's what it needs. The oil container is huge. However, lid opening was large to pour the excess oil out into the original oil container when done so it won't leak all over the garage. Because the battery connecting parts are exposed, I found it difficult to locate a good storage place. Needs to be protected as well as the other end. I could not think of how to store this other than on it's bottom back in the long box and store it standing up on the battery bottom side. Glad I had not thrown the box away or tore it up. We did not use the harness. I would recommend. Cut about 60 limbs in 20 minutes varying between 3/4 inch to 3 inches with most being so high the extension was fully out. It does get a bit wobbly when fully extended, but works. Priced right.

The chainsaw runs well. It is easy to assemble even with only one hand. Battery though runs out quickly, you need at least two batteries to complete a task cutting multiple branches a couple of inches thick. Chain/Blade is quite sharp and adjustment of the chain is easy to achieve. Thank you

oil leak , chain broke very easily, The company has been out of replacement chains since I've owned it and can't find another chain that fits it. I've emailed the company with no response and I've called them and nobody answers. the phone will not be buying from this manufacturer again

When it arrived it didn't even have the bar or chain with it. The product appeared to have been returned. The box was in terrible condition. I'm sure if the product would have came with everything so I could have actually used it, it would have been fine.

Cut through my small tree limbs like a warm knife through butter. Unfortunately the chain came off the second time I used it (still first charge of battery, chain oil full and recommended slack on chain) and it would not work after that. Not sure if chain bent or the main sprocket broke internally, but either way no more rotation and I had to return.

The only reason I put one star is because I did not receive the item! I can't say if it works or not so I can't rate anything. But if I ever do receive it, I will rate it. Things happen and since it's during the holidays it might have gotten stolen or it just wasn't delivered so I'll wait it out, funny thing is I almost forgot I ordered it until I was asked to write a review. I am however hoping I do receive it. I did receive all my other orders.

Our battery was stolen upon delivery. It was not the drivers fault or Walmart but the company Senix themselves. Stay clear of them! I ordered same thing on Amazon and exact same thing happened to us. The battery was missing!!! They tried to cover it back up with dome clear tape but the hole was gigantic!
