Copeland - Sensi Smart Programmable Wi-Fi Thermostat- Works with Alexa - White

I was looking for a thermostat that was simple to install, easy to program and operate, had a backlight, had smart features but also was affordable. This Sensi unit met all the qualifications. Making a connection to WiFi was easy and the app is very simple to use. I like being able to turn it on or off or change the set point using my phone. The display is easy to read as well. For our household, this Sensi thermostat is the perfect blend of technology and simplicity.

Lost our first one exactly like this in a house fire. After we rebuilt I demanded we get another because I liked it so much. Love that I can control it from anywhere on the app on my phone. I get an energy discount from my electric co just for having this thermostat!

this was insanely easy to install. I was waiting for my husband to get home from work %26 I decided to mess w it a little before then %26 I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was only a few wires %26 less than 10 minutes of fiddling around to get it installed. setting up the app took longer than the install! easy to setup, easy to run, easy to maintain. I'm happy with it

I recently purchased three Sensi thermostats. They came with complete installation directions and I installed them Myself. It was easy. I love the app where I can set the temperature for each floor of the house. I recommend Sensi to anyone.

My new Sensei was installed through our local utility service. As a senior, I was reluctant at first due to the connection to Wi-Fi and app, but after I learn to set up schedules and control the temperature through my eye through my cell phone it was a breeze. The Sensi thermometer also changed the performance of my furnace, making it more quick to react when you reset the temperature best thermostat I've had in 20 years. It looks more modern than the others also.

I purchase this and install it. I have a Air Conditioner with Heat pump because live in TN that don't behave basement. It seem when I had cool on heat would kick in. Call support and the person was very helpful. He ask me to send photo on way old thermostat was hookup and way I had New one hookup. He had me move to wires and help me reprogram unit and now works great. The wireless on it is great so can change it by my smartphone. Picture of New and Old hookup

Overall happy with the thermostat only issue is using so many batteries says c wire not required but after 1st winters use looking into c wire

My Sensi is wonderful. I like that I'm able to control with my phone. Since it's been installed my furnace is not constantly running.

Installation was super easy using the app tutorial. The thermostat works great and the app's UI is really user friendly. There's a lot of customization that's possible. My only criticism is that there is no Hold feature you can toggle in order to determine wherher a manual adjustment is held indefinitely or not. When you manually adjust the temperature, it sets an automatic hold and it stays at that temperature and won't automatically resume the program at the next scheduled time interval. You have to manually select your program again if you want it to resume. Not a big deal but I would have liked to have that feature.
