Great Purchase of Sentry Safe
I needed a small safe to store some coins. This sentry safe met my needs for what I was looking for. Seems sturdy and secure and the price was comparable. I hope I never have to find out if it is fire safe but feel confident that this would keep my valuables safe.

Good..but needs finishing to use
keys are real sticky...rough maybe...had to flood the lock cylinder with silicon wd-40 and work the keys in and out a lot before it started to get smoother...also there is left over foam dust form manufacturing all inside and it gets in the hinge pins ...so here again silicone spray to loose up the action and get rid of the sweek.

Good for the price
The safe is fire-resistant, exactly as stated in the item's title. Luckily, I did not have to test the safe's fire-resistance but judging by its weight, it is resistant. It is also heavy. As for the lock reliability, it is a different characteristic, and I didn't expect much. The lock works good, unless the professional decides to open it.

Sturdy and good value for money
Sturdy and solid. Just a little worried about the keys and closing mechanism. When not locked, the box flips open easily. The keys are super flimsy and won't last long. And then what?

Received Used or Defective Item
Mfg box that was delivered looks filthy dirty, scratched up, which is odd because the mfg box was placed inside a larger Walmart box. The item itself looks like it was returned. There was paper dust inside the safe. The key locks but the safe does not close completely. There is a large gap. Fire and water will definitely get inside an item that is not closed. Poor service either on the manufacturer or Walmart maintenance of the items in the store.

It’s too small to hold your stuff
If you have multiple papers (8x11, normal size) and you put them in a folder, they no longer fit in this box. Go buy a bigger box for yourself and don’t waste your time
