Item as described, arrived dirty
The safe was as described. However it arrived very dirty. Had a large white stain on the top and there were crumbs of something inside. I'm sure the safe works. Was just dissatisfied with how it arrived.

Product is good. Fedex is terrible.
The product is good. But Fedex delivered it to my neighbor and marked it as delivered with a photo of my neighbor's front porch. I had to compare the front porch in the photo to my neighbors' front porches finally locate my package. I strongly believe that the delivery proof should include the house number not just a photo of a random front porch.

Don't bother
I should have payed attention to the reviews saying the key doesn't fit. Arrived today,neither key fit the lock and it arrives locked. Returning and will not buy this brand again.

Super high quality safe that arrived quickly and in excellent shape. Not exactly what I was looking for (fireproof file cabinet), however it was either $50 for this or $********* for the other, so I'll take what I can get.

broken when i received it. cheap.
i waited awhile for this and the day i got it, the lid was completely broken, so it was basically worthless. Now i have to wait even longer to get the safe i needed because I now have to do a return process

No notice of delivery, only that it will be late, but shown for feedback. No photo where left. Happened before with another item not long ago. Strange. Needs follow up by Walmart.

Buying another.
I bought Sentry File safe many years ago. This past month My House burned to ground . All my files in my Sentry Safes were saved. I had the most important documents of our lives in this safe. This was all that survived. The struggle to recoup emotions and finances is enough. If these papers were lost It would have more stressful. Performance goes beyond the warranty

absolute trash
i recieved it broken, keys don't go in all the way, AND now I have to pay to return it!!! absolute trash...keys won't even go in all the way, and I verified it had the right keys with customer service!!!
