SentrySafe SFW123ES Water and Fire Resistant Safe with Digital Keypad Lock, 1.23 Cu. ft.

I've had this safe for several months now I used it a lot, I'm in it daily. I use it to store precious metals, medication, jewelry, important paperwork, cash and other assorted valuables. it's got tons of room for a smaller safe. it does not have keys but you can program a couple of additional codes to open the same. extremely secure, has one adjustable shelf, it's fairly deep. Sentry Safe has a pretty decent warranty program and a lawsuit a fire program if the safe fails. This model does not come with a floor or wall mount kit, you have to buy that separately. this safe does have the ability to be floor mounted or wall mounted, you just have to buy the kit for it. It weighs around 80 lb and is large enough that it can be hard to move unless you got in the area ready from one place to the other, so there's that as a deterrent as well.

It was exactly what I was shopping for and it got delivered very quickly. This looks like a very strong safe and will last for many years to protect my daughter's valuables.

The safe was exactly what I wanted. The size is perfect for my closet floor. The inside are is spacious with an adjustable shelf. It comfortably fits a 9' x 12" clasp envelope laying flat horizontally and larger ones on a diagonal slant. There's even a small "pocket" in the door for storage. The safe comes with a factory-designed code that can never be over-written but you do have the ability to program your own code. It was heavy but manageable. Came with free shipping online, which was AWESOME! 100% satisfied with my purchase.

This safe is very spacious on the inside. The quality is good, just because it was cheap it was not cheaply made. It a adjustable shelf, key holder, and slot in the door to hold things. The safe key pad combination can also be changed unlike the ones with the dial combination safes.

Very satisfied with the safe. It has ample space and an adjustable shelf inside which slides out. Programing the digital keypad was easy and it's well constructed . Satisfying to know valuables are secure and protected from Fire and Water damage. It is heavy to lift so I would recommend 2 people.

In order to open the safe door batteries had to be installed. No where in the enclosed owner's manual does it tell how/where the batteries are installed. I had to call Customer Service at Sentry Safe to get the information. Additionally, the Customer Service phone number located on the door was wrong! They need to put an arrow on the outside of the door pointing to the battery compartment and specify how many AA batteries are needed.

Light safe so it needs to be bolted down. The instructions with the safe tell how to bolt it down, but the needed hardware is not included. Bolting it down also voids the waterproof warranty. Plenty of room inside and combination can be set to your own code.

When I was about to put the battery holder w/batteries into the slot, I noticed some white powder inside the slot. Upon closer inspection, I found it was dried battery acid from a previous owners battery. The acid covered the length of the battery holder, the connection, and disappeared inside the hole that held the wires for the keypad. The wires also were coated w/dried acid. I called the number given and they state they are closed, so here I am with a useless floor safe.

The first thing to do to setup this item is to put a battery and yet, the Battery storage has an issue. Manufacturer doesn't have a part and will take 6 weeks. Walmart support for replacement sucks. 3-5 days to ship back and will only send replacement after they check the product within 3-5 days. Then another 3-5 days to ship the replacement. It's a waste of time and money!

Mold everywhere. This was on delivery. Had to pay someone to get rid of all the mold. Can't contact the seller either. The thing is too heavy to return. Horrible.
