there were no instructions included. But it was not too hard yo figure out. Using it for sausage without instructions would probably be challenging. My major use is grinding meat and onions for stuffing peppers.

I was looking for a cast aluminum grinder. This one will undoubtedly work but it seems like it's made of a tough plastic painted to look like it's cast aluminum. I will fill the function I desired, but it's just not exactly what I wanted. For the price, I can live with the mistake. Thanks.

This meat grinder/sausage stuffer works okay ***for the price***. The meat grinder doesn't actually function hardly at all, but we have a food processor so we only really need the stuffer function. It gets clogged pretty easily and drips when there's too much liquid, but part of that is probably user error since we're new at making sausage. It stays hooked onto the counter really well and is very stable during use. If you're just looking to get into sausage making as a hobby and need a sausage stuffer at a grossly low price, I would recommend this. 90% of the unit is metal so I imagine it will last us awhile! I'm fairly satisfied with the purchase, but only because I knew a $15 unit was going to be garbage.

i bought this product to make sausage for our food stand it was a little hard to figure out at first and was low to the counter . had to take it apart several times . i did enjoy the sauage making and will keep doing it but will definitely order a electric grinder instead . this was so had to cranck my husband had to help me.

I just received the product, and it appears to be designed for kids or only suitable for already minced meat. It's much smaller than what's shown in the advertisements and didn't meet my expectations.

Metal shards would not be a good thing in one's meat. This is one of the worst /cheaply made pieces of junk I have ever seen. This is a lawsuit in waiting.

The grinder has extreme issues with pushing chicken through the metal mesh. There are large gaps between the screw and the internal chamber which pushes the ground chicken backward and up through the hopper. The mesh became clogged, increasing the difficulty of getting the chicken to move through the grinder. When I realized more chicken was backing up from the hopper than onto the plate, I threw the machine in the trash. The chicken still inside the grinder was considered a loss.
