I have used Sero Vital before some years ago. I stopped for a while and recently started up again. It is for certain the best supplement I have ever used. I know there is a little caffeine in the green tea supplement. No getters or after affect thank goodness. I feel great!! 8th year on the yellows and 4yrs on the Advanced.

I had used this product several years ago and saw an ad recently and decided to take again. I have been taking it for a month now and really believe that I am feeling better. It also seems to helpy skin. I am glad I tried it again because even at a senior age now it seems to be helping me feel better and I plan on continuing with it?

I'm only giving a 3 star because I don't think I've taken it long enough to know yet if it delivers as promoted. What I can say is that I have been sleeping better since I began taking. I also notice that I'm not getting hungry so much between meals and my energy level is stable. I will try to update my review in a couple months when I've been taking it longer.
