I had used this product several years ago and saw an ad recently and decided to take again. I have been taking it for a month now and really believe that I am feeling better. It also seems to helpy skin. I am glad I tried it again because even at a senior age now it seems to be helping me feel better and I plan on continuing with it?

I'm only giving a 3 star because I don't think I've taken it long enough to know yet if it delivers as promoted. What I can say is that I have been sleeping better since I began taking. I also notice that I'm not getting hungry so much between meals and my energy level is stable. I will try to update my review in a couple months when I've been taking it longer.

I bought a couple of boxes of Serovital on sale several years ago. In 2 months I could see that the skin on my chest was much less crepey and my overall skin texture improved.
