Serta 12" Queen Sheep Dreams Medium Memory Foam Mattress

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this is hands down the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. We moved into a new place and desperately needed a bigger mattress since we now have two kids. We don’t have a bed frame (by choice) because we use it as a floor bed so it’s safer for the kids. And oh my god I swear it’s the most comfortable mattress ever! Not too firm and it too soft! My fiance was scared because he’s a bigger dude and was nervous that because there aren’t any springs that he was going to sink in and he doesn’t! He also agrees this that this makes such a difference for us!

I bought this mattress because I have gained weight and my 6 inch mattress wasn’t doing it for me anymore. This is a medium form mattress, which I love because I have back problems and it’s extremely comfortable for me. Of course everyone is different, so read the description before buying this mattress. I have seen a lot of reviews saying that it is not 12 inches but more of an 8 inch mattress and I am here to debunk that. It has not fully inflated yet because it’s only been a day and a half and it’s already almost at the 12 inches. By tomorrow it should be the full 12 inches. You have to give it time to rise. I’m very happy with my purchase. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I was sleeping on a Beautyrest for the last 7 years, but the inner springs slanted and I felt like i was falling off the bed. With this bed, I am sleeping so much better. It is soft enough and just firm enough to help me sleep well. I don't have to worry about it slanting over and it cradles my body nicely. This is a great bed for heavier people.

I was so nervous to buy a bed online without trying it out first. But I took a chance and so glad I did! This bed it so comfortable! I feel like it’s on the softer side of “medium”, which is what I was hoping for. Great support but not hard as a rock. My back hasn’t hurt since the first night I slept on it!

IWas a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but we had no problem with this mattress. We opened it and within 5 minutes it was fully expanded. There was only a slight oder but it went away quickly. I did think it was a little firm but we both had the best nights sleep in years.

This is a great matress at a great price, it has one inch less gel memory foam than the $1,000 Serta 12 inch Memory Foam Mattress at Mattress Firm at less than half the price, if you want a softer matress, gel memory foam toppers are $40 on Amazon. As with all memory foam mattresses the foam gets softer over time, its better to start firm and allow your body to adjust to it, it'll last a lot longer, my last Serta Memory Foam Mattress lasted 15 years and eventually became to soft to support my mid section, it was originally really firm, the succesor to that model is $5,000 now, but this new matress is plenty good enough especially for the price, the most important thing is to give the matress a couple of days to expand before sleeping on it, to avoid messing it up, otherwise it will expand and absorb oxygen at a different rate from where you layed on it thus being forever out of form. I didn't notice any smell other than what all new mattresses smell like, I already had a pillow top matress cover that I bought from Walmart that I use on it, I don't really get to feel the cooling gel foam but I like the way the pillow top cover feels, it eliminates pressure points really well with a pillowy feel. The only negative was the shipping, the box was delivered and left out in the rain instead of on the covered porch which the delivery person walked by, he literally walked further than needed for nothing, but that's not Serta or Walmarts fault, on the plus side the soggy box came open very easily, so if you have trouble with the box just spray down with water.

Best mattress I owned yet and I have no issues with it. I certainly got my money worth with this mattress in a box. Love when it first swells up with air when unboxing and it feels so good sleeping. Didn’t realize it was so huge though like 15 inches

The only thing was it was extremely heavy so if you buy a mattress when it arrives with no help vs buying from a matress store is the difference. Thank God my neighbor was home. She helped nd carry it up the steps as it is a two person job. It is extremely comfortable and well worth the price. Other places want close to 900 for the same mattress. So far, very satisfied customer! I would have given a 5 but delivery guy left too far from my door and had to drag it.

This mattress is very hard. I woke up with a back ache every day. Wal-mart arranged a pick up for return over a month ago and I have still not received a refund. Every customer service agent has promised a refund. Don't trust the return policy.

The buying experience with this seller was terrible. The package arrived in poor condition, covered in a black substance around the top and bottom that gave off a strong odor. The outer box was damaged, torn, and missing tape, making it look like the seller reused an old box. The problems didn’t stop there. After opening the box and finding bugs and hair inside the plastic, I decided to return the mattress immediately. I trusted this purchase to go smoothly because the mattress is a Serta brand, but it didn’t. I would not buy from this seller again, and I do not recommend them.
