Great product. The coolness of the cover is wonderful! I run warm at night which tends to keep me awake, but this cover has almost stopped me from waking due to heat.

not stain resistant at all, isn't the best material but it works. zipper closure is cool, isn't too terribly tight which I prefer but others might not. overall I'd buy it again. doesn't seem waterproof but I'm not going to test it either. I wouldn't say it's sweat resistant or cooling, it's winter and we've got sweat stains on it from a working man but it's not too cheaply made so it'll do pig.

There is 2 different zippers which is confusing because only one of them actually unzips fully to go around the bed. I couldn't even get it on my mattress. I am trying to return.

This mattress cover is not waterproof even a little bit. Every single thing I have spilled has gone all the way through to my mattress. I've had two different pet accidents that have gone through the mattress and a few drinks. They all seep through like it was nothing and it does not wash out. I washed it following directions and It got destroyed the entire bottom layer was ripped to shreds. I have had it for about a year and a half. To give it credit it's at least very cooling. But I wish I went with something else.

at first I thought I was finally going to get a good nights rest and relief from night sweats. after less then 10 minutes the cooling affect stopped, and I ended up tossing and turning all night. I should have heeded the previous reviews stating this had a plastic feeling and it was definitely uncomfortable, and did not fit tightly because my mattress is only 10 inches thick. unfortunately my son took the box to the dumpster so now I can't even return in, whoch I would be less upset about if it wasn't so expensive.

I don't know these answers you have not gotten it to me yet because you don't care if you did you would ship when the order is placed instead of 6 days later and then not getting it here by the date you gave. YOU DO NOT CARE about you customers if you did this would not happen.

Tried to find customer support as the instructions on how to install this were very vague. Called Serta, they do not support this product but gave me a number to call. That was a dead end. As I was laying the encasement out trying to figure out how to put it on the mattress I found a small tear in the fabric. Requested replacement and received a new unopened encasement that was covered in glitter inside the Serta box!!! Glitter??
