Quality is Excellent ,They are very stylish and a wonderful Value. These pillows are a heavy feeling pillow . But perfect comfort . Not to soft and not to hard. You can adjust yourself wonderfully on these pillows. Ideal for side or back sleepers .They are sewn with quality stitching. Also the pillows are machine washable. I love that i can wash them if needed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper who sometimes ends up on my back. When laying on my side, I like to have my pillow lift my head to shoulder height. I tried the Serta down illusion pillows individually and 2 stacked together. Together it was higher than I prefer and alone it was a little lower than I like. My perfect combo was a thin pillow underneath and the Serta illusion pillow on top. Overall the Serta pillow looks thick but is rather cushy. Your head will sink down but you can still easily move your head around the pillow. I would not describe this as a firm pillow. Some of my firm pillows literally make a thud when you put it on the bed. And my other film pillows actually hurt my head because they are more of a memory foam and my head gets stuck. So if you are looking for a brick-like, memory foam style pillow, this is not the pillow for you. However, if you would like a thick but soft pillow, you will enjoy the Serta illusion pillow. Out of the packaging it was ready to go. No chemical smells like some pillows. It has quality stitching and is well made. Overall I like this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with my Serta Down Illusion Medium Density Queen Pillow 2-Pack. Once they were delivered, I slapped on a pillowcase to test them out. Apparently I woke up 30 minutes later. Beat pillow ever so soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Serta Down Illusion Firm Density Pillow 2-pack and these pillows are awesome! The fact that My Husband and I both love them is a first. I am a hot mess sleeper that always would wake up with a sore neck or shoulders and I have been using this pillow for over 2 weeks and I have NOT had either issue. My Husband is a back sleeper and he is so happy with this pillow also.

If you pick a Standard pillow, it puts it in your cart, but it's a king I didn't want king size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Serta down illusion medium density queen pillows were overall really comfortable pillows. I think the medium density was a bit high for my frame and caused me to have neck pain. I would purchase this again but maybe in a different density. Very comfortable material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, so I'm sure you'll read plenty of reviews comparing this pillow to a cloud or to a bed of feathers but I don't think that does it justice. This pillow, once your head hits it, feels like you've just died and are being slowly risen up to heaven while your head is being supported by a higher being's powers. It is the perfect combination of girth and fluffiness. I threw out all my other pillows and just use this.
