[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow both of these pillows are absolutely fabulous! They are very soft and a down alternative. They were package well and it says give them 24 hours to expand to full volume. They're very soft but they perfect amount of soft / firmness!

They are thick, plush & so soft but yet still firm enough that you don't feel like your head is sitting directly on the mattress. They keep their shape & quickly reform once you've removed pressure. If you are a side sleeper & like to hold a pillow or place one between your legs, these are the pillows for that too!

I did not experience neck soreness the following morning as I typically do with firm pillows. This pillow is soft, fluffy with the right amount of firmness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper who sometimes ends up on my back. When laying on my side, I like to have my pillow lift my head to shoulder height. I tried the Serta down illusion pillows individually and 2 stacked together. Together it was higher than I prefer and alone it was a little lower than I like. My perfect combo was a thin pillow underneath and the Serta illusion pillow on top. Overall the Serta pillow looks thick but is rather cushy. Your head will sink down but you can still easily move your head around the pillow. I would not describe this as a firm pillow. Some of my firm pillows literally make a thud when you put it on the bed. And my other film pillows actually hurt my head because they are more of a memory foam and my head gets stuck. So if you are looking for a brick-like, memory foam style pillow, this is not the pillow for you. However, if you would like a thick but soft pillow, you will enjoy the Serta illusion pillow. Out of the packaging it was ready to go. No chemical smells like some pillows. It has quality stitching and is well made. Overall I like this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so in love with my Serta Down Illusion Medium Density Queen Pillow 2-Pack. Once they were delivered, I slapped on a pillowcase to test them out. Apparently I woke up 30 minutes later. Beat pillow ever so soft.
