Serta Sleep True Cool Loft Knit Medium Firm Pillow, Standard/Queen, White, 2 Pack, Polyester Blend

I first experienced this pillow on a trip and after sleeping on it for 4 nights I had to have one. It is the best pillow for my neck I have ever experienced.

Very soft and quiet. I purchased because the previous replacement pillow i bought was loud and 'crunchy' under my head. With a knit cover, this one is soft and very comfortable.

These are the best pillows I have ever laid my head on! They are soft but firm at the same time. They stay “cool” rather than get hot after laying on them for a while. The thing I love most is they stay in place. They don't shift but stay in place even when your bed is adjustable. They are very comfortable & I highly recommend them

Last night I had good sleep. Usually every night I am up switching pillows and they were a lot of money but my new pillow I never changed it out once. I slept through the entire night. I feel really rested. It was not my kind of softness because I like a hard pillow but this one was incredible. Who knew I needed this kind of cooling pillow. I love it! I want to get another set for my other room upstairs. It is a Medium Firm Jumbo Pillow and it's a Serta. The loft knit material makes it look and feel high end with out the high end prices. It's really durable and fits my pillow cases well. Right away I knew I would love this pillow.

I just love the Serta True Cool pillows. They are very comfortable to sleep on. It usually takes me awhile to get used to a new pillow. These are the exception. They are what they say-true cool. They don't bunch up. They bounce right back into shape. These pillows are great.

These are a nice balance between soft and firm. They are very comfortable and appear to be very well made and durable. It's towards the top end of the thickness scale for my liking, but still within the comfort zone. The only slight downside is that my pillowcase tends to slip down on the pillow throughout the night, but it's not a deal breaker. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with these pillows

I saw this pillow and was attracted to the cool feature it suggested. I get so hot at night and thought it may benefit me to try this. It was only after I got the pillows home then I realized how horrid my old lumpy mushy pillow was. These new ones are like heaven! Now I have to say this Serta pillow does indeed have a wonderful quilt- like exterior fabric which feels extremely cool and comfortable, however, once you put a pillow case on it, it's not cool anymore. (But that's ok, staying cool is just my own little losing battle at my age.) The loft on this pillow is wonderful, and it's not too mushy soft but still has firm support and comfort. I really like the squared edges too, as they fit in the crook of my neck better then the traditional tapered pillow edge. I hope to have these for many years because pillow buying can be such a pain. I'm anxious to see if they hold up. I'll let you know!

Serta has managed to create the best pillow I've ever used. Most other pillows I've had will shift the stuffing to one side or the other; it will be thicker on one end than the other. These pillows are not shifting. I've been using them over a week now and just love them. They are a little bigger that "standard", and I do like the covering which I believe is the reason why they stay so cool. The casing is sort of "embossed" so that heat and moisture can be channeled away from the skin. These are well worth whatever Serta is asking for them. Thanks for letting me give them a try.

It's soft and a decent pillow if your low on cash but the threads come out very easily and I think it's kind of bulky
